Luan an Do an 10 MỞ ĐẦU Bước sang kỷ XXI loài người nhận thức rõ ràng thách thức an ninh lương thực, ôi nhiễm nóng lên trái đất giảm sút đa dạng sinh học an toàn thực phẩm để khắc phục vấn đề sản xuất nông nghiệp cần áp dụng tốt công nghệ sinh học, công nghệ vi sinh quản lý tổng hợp dịch hại, Để phịng trừ dịch hại trồng góp phần tăng suất chất lượng nông sản thường áp dụng nhiều biện pháp thực vật khác nhau, biện pháp tăng cường sử dụng loại phân hữu vi sinh chế phẩm sinh học thân thiện với mơi trường vừa có tác dụng phịng trừ nấm bệnh vừa bảo vệ suất phẩm chất trồng không gây ôi nhiễm môi trường [2,3] Nghiên cứu gần kiểm soát sinh học thực phương pháp tiếp cận hệ thống lớn thiết thực nhiều sinh vật nấm, vi khuẩn …, thử nghiệm khả đối kháng chúng để kiểm soát bệnh hại trồng Trichoderma nằm số loài nấm nằm đất đựơc phân lập từ đất hệ sinh thái gốc thực vật ( Harman cs 2004) [33] Nấm Trichoderma cơng kí sinh Trichoderma có nhiều chế chống nấm gây bệnh chế kích thích sinh trưởng phát triển trồng chế kiểm soát sinh học điều khiển nhiều gene sản phẩm từ gene khác Một số chế chủ yếu ký sinh nấm, kháng sinh, cạnh tranh dinh dưỡng không gian, chịu điều khiển bất lợi việc gia tăng phát triển rễ làm hòa tan cô lập chất dinh dưỡng vô cảm ứng kháng bệnh Cây lạc ( Arachis hypogaea L) cơng nghiệp ngắn ngày, rễ có cộng sinh với vi khuẩn Rhizobium vigna có khả cố định nitơ từ khí thành đạm cung cấp cho để lại đất từ 40- 60 kg N/ha có tác dụng cải tạo đất tốt ( Nguyễn Văn Bình cs 1996), lạc cho dầu chủ yếu, nhiều loại vitamin loại axitamin không thay , hàng năm lạc cung
