Advising the Division’s leadership in building and training a team of teachers; - Based on the development needs of the Division plan a teacher strategy and build an appropriate staffing schedule; - Developing criteria and processes to evaluate teachers Set KPIs, monitor and evaluate the performance teacher force; - Make a plan to recruit, train and develop teacher resources on a monthly, yearly and quarterly basis; - Recruitment of personnel and teachers suitable to the needs of the Division; Conduct training & quality assurance of teachers; 17 - Develop processes, policies, management mechanisms & work with collaborators; 1.2.2.2 Content production Department The Content Production Department is responsible for developing content strategies for Project, specifically as follows: - Take full responsibility for the content and progress of the product’s content; - Research trends in content development, test and implement new ideas about content in the training program - Develop appropriate content and program road maps according to the study program, ensure investment out of students; Coordinate with units to set standards to ensure input, content and output quality - Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of content and learning materials; Participate in training and share content to departments and units to ensure business and operation activities - Develop processes, policies, management mechanisms & work with content development collaborators content Advise the Board of Directors on the content strategy for the Project’s product Chapter 2: Description the internship at Educa corporation company 2.1 General main responsibilities and duties 2.1.1 Main responsibilities During weeks of internship at Educa Corporation, I had the opportunity to work at Academic and Teacher Training and Content production Department on IELTS Project at Head Office, Hanoi 18 In addition to general activities in the first week of the internship, such as learning about Educa Corporation, and education business activities of the company, researching the process work at Academic and Teacher Training, Content Production Department; I was assigned to be in charge of some other practical activities For example: Responsible for content production and following the content completion schedule of the product; Get guidance from the department head, collaborate with colleagues to research the latest content development trends, test and implement innovative content ideas in training programs Receive effective evaluations from superiors on the content and learning materials, then make adjustments to meet the requirements set forth Participate in training and share content with other departments and units, especially Operations Department, to ensure business and operation Always actively update the latest information and documents related to IELTS to design teaching content that will be disseminated to students later 2.1.2 Duties First of all, the most important thing I was asked before entering the job was to always keep all company information confidential and not to disclose any business secrets Moreover, before I officially started to work, I had to discuss carefully with the person in charge of the job so that I could understand what I would do, and if I could learn anything useful In addition, I had to prepare a personal laptop to work and always be responsible for the work, properly complete the assigned tasks also have a respectful attitude, learn from everyone, During my internship, I spent a lot of time actively researching work: researching documents, work, finding out what my department is doing, and how I can help them 19
