- Provided VTOS Skills Standards Manuals - 155 workshops held for the Industry on “in-house, on-the-job” training - Provided Market Guides & Workshops for European Tourism Source Markets, the UK, Germany, Spain, France, Benelux and Scandinavia - Implemented courses Tourism Awareness for Immigration / Customs Designed Tourism Awareness courses for Taxi Drivers;
