Garment Industry in Vietnam The garment industry is one of the largest industries in Vietnam, accounting for a significant share of the country's total exports In 2020, the total export value of Vietnam's textile and garment industry was estimated at $35 billion, accounting for 35% of the country's total export turnover The garment industry in Vietnam has become an important industry, creating jobs for millions of workers, contributing to social and economic development, and enhancing the country's international integration 1.2 Current Situation of the Garment Company The garment company that this thesis focuses on is a medium-sized company in Vietnam, specializing in producing high-quality garments for export The company has a total of 500 employees, including 400 factory workers and 100 administrative staff Currently, the company is facing many challenges in terms of production and business efficiency, including: Low productivity: The company's productivity is relatively low compared to other companies in the same industry This is due to the company's outdated machinery and equipment, lack of skilled workers and managers, and ineffective production processes High production costs: The company's production costs are relatively high compared to other companies in the same industry This is due to the high cost of imported raw materials, inefficient
