Introduction and Brand my future selfTo introduce myself, I’m Tien (freshman, sophomore, juniorsenior) +major..During the first years of university, I met many talented people and felt like a drop in the ocean. So I started thinking more about the question, Who am I? What will I contribute to society?. From there, I realized the importance of positioning myself and how to build a personal brand. Therefore, Understanding and evaluating my strengths help me comprehend myself better, gain my values, and positively bring those values to the community. At the same time, it allows me to expand my relationships and have more job opportunities when I graduate. Over the last semester, based on my management courses and my own goals, I have found some of my strengths, in which some skills brought high efficiency in teamwork and human resources management. Importantly, I always aspire to contribute those values to society and the community effectively by building the image of an enthusiastic, energetic young girl who constantly strives to learn to become the best version of myself. 2. How my strengths are important for my future SelfThrough the short quiz values in action (VIA) (appendix 12) a proven tool that can help us discover the strengths we tend to use and rely on the most, I have found that honesty, spirituality, and perspective are three significant strengths that need to be promoted in the future. Honesty is a good quality for each of us (Wilson, 2018). In everyday life, lying, no matter what, under any circumstances, is very hateful, so honesty is where many other good qualities arise. Along with that, mental health is vital to a persons overall health. Unstable mental health affects the ability to make decisions, seize opportunities and perform well the individuals responsibilities towards family and other social relationships (Claveirole, 2013). And finally, a personal opinion is a statement that has no right or wrong and is understood in many different ways. I often express my personal views positively and avoid thinking and acting in a negative direction. When we recognize our strengths and develop the positive part of our character, we can make a more positive impact on others, improve our relationships and improve our quality of life (Woody, 2010).Studying our weaknesses is also very positive because positive psychology does not consider disadvantages an unfixable area. We can try to improve some of them through various positive psychology techniques and tools (Maares, 2010). I believe it is critical to highlight my lowestscoring strengths, teamwork, forgiveness, and gratitude (appendix 2). As a manager in the future, I find that the skill of working with many people to perform a task well and reach a common goal is essential, so I have been actively studying in groups in the library and participating in some social activities in recent years. Forgiveness. Its not easy to let go of the past, but its a necessary step for your health and rehabilitation. And finally, I realized that throughout our lives, we must be grateful, show gratitude, and appreciate what we have and the people around us. But sometimes, showing appreciation is hard, especially during difficult times.3. How I develop networking skills and social capital, How are these important for my future Self?Humans are inherently social creatures; to achieve success, the surrounding relationship is always an indispensable element (Lenartowicz, 2017). Therefore, actively communicating and creating networking and social capital for yourself is essential. I have been quite fortunate because since I started studying at Swinburne University of Technology, I have built many quality relationships such as university lecturers, some local business people, a social influencer, and especially some managers(appendix 2). These social relationships have helped me a lot in my studies. Still, to form winwin relationships with them, I always aim to develop soft and social skills for myself, such as: Not being afraid to diversify relationships even though everyone has their own barriers, especially for an introvert like me, overcoming inferiority complex to be able to open up to everyone around is extremely difficult. I focus on quality over quantity because when practicing networking skills, knowing more and more people is not always a positive sign. Sometimes, we know hundreds of people, but when we need no one to help, that is not a good sign. And lastly, I choose the right location to form quality relationships because a quality location can bring in contact with quality people. We can also use social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, or Youtube to exchange, make friends and meet to build relationships through facetoface dialogue.

quality relationships because a quality location can bring in contact with quality people We can also use social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, or Youtube to exchange, make friends and meet to build relationships through face-to-face dialogue It can be said that current relationships play an essential role in my future me Still, the goal of becoming a good manager is to keep a good relationship with existing networks, and expanding strategic relationships is essential So I hope in the future there will be quality “aspirational” contacts (appendix 3) such as stock investors, technique CEOs, lecturers, and of course, managers My understanding of working collaboratively and managing the Belonging and Distinctiveness Tension Nowadays, when teamwork has gradually become a popular working trend, teamwork skills are something each individual should equip themselves with early Teamwork is the ability to establish and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with other members to accomplish common goals (Benoliel & Schechter, 2018) Through the process of aggregating the evaluation results by group members (appendix 4), it can be seen that of my seven criteria were rated higher than the general level of the group In which the ability "Build networks" and "Maintain networks" for Internal and External contacts were both highly appreciated, but my ability to use these networks was not practical (appendix 5) The study group members also commented on the group work, so I filtered out some highly constructive comments (appendix 6&7) In general, they all felt that my ability to work as a team was not effective, but they all appreciated my ability to make decisions This is similar to the results of my VIA survey (appendix 1&2), reinforcing my goal of changing and developing myself into a more effective communicator and team player During the first week of working with the team, disagreements arose when the work of team members depended on each other too much to be able to coordinate and achieve the set goals Without formal agreements and arrangements, my team had a conflict of tasks By the second week, when the cause of the problem had been clarified, it was time for my partners and me to find the best solution for that group conflict At this point, all members were ready to accept the other's opinions and understand what was best for our team With the above experience of conflict when working in a group, I have drawn some experience in improving work results and have the strongest team, ready to become a good manager in this field
