Ive known since I was a lass what I wanted to be when I grew up. My vision shaped my decisions and actions throughout my childhood, rather than the stereotypical dream of becoming a teacher, model, or superstar. In the last few years, I have realized that my passion for teaching ethnic minorities is a natural calling that I am destined to follow. This intuitive notion solidified while visiting my grandmother in HaGiang a few summers ago. In our old wardrobe, my grandma has kept framed memorabilia since 2012. One night before I went to sleep, I looked in the shaker wardrobe to find a wall newspaper that dated back to my second year of elementary school. After rereading this article ten years later, with a smile, I recognized that our hometowns educational quality still had many shortcomings, such as a lack of teachers and auxiliary equipment. In recent years, Ive realized that my desire to teach ethnic minorities is a natural calling that Im destined to pursue. This intuitive notion solidified during a summer visit to my grandmother in HaGiang. My grandmother has kept framed memorabilia in our old wardrobe since 2012. One night before going to bed, I searched the shaker wardrobe for a photo with Mai; it was a long story but held a significant meaning for me and my future direction. From that point, I knew my destiny was and had continually devoted my career to developing some aspects of our hometown.I still remember the summer of 5th grade when my parents let my sister and me visit my grandmother, it was a long and tiring trip, but here, I was immersed in nature and enjoined the fresh air. My sister and I had some friends in the neighbourhood, they were not fluent in the common language, but because we were all children, we could quickly get along, play folk games, and draw the crystal clear sky together. All good things must come to an end; the day we said goodbye to everyone to return to Hanoi before we parted with our friends, we were very emotional and regretful. Everything was in its order, and I greeted everyone with See Ya, immediately Mai rushed to me; what I expected was a warm hug, but what I received in return was a slap that was not too painful but very loud. I was so shocked, and I could only cry and think about what wrong thing I had done. Everything became clear when my grandma called my mother and explained that Mai had misunderstood my English goodbye as Puppy, so she thought she was humiliated. At that time, I felt both amused and pitiful but had no chance to explain everything clearly to her. Because of that, even though I am only a high school student, I feel a greater responsibility and joy in contributing to the quality of education in my hometown than most of my classmates and continue to do so today.

Participating in this one-of-a-kind opportunity will help me prepare for my future career goals as a conservationist and young woman While participating in that program, I will apply the knowledge and resources I have gained from my academy courses to real-world situations I will work in the field alongside my peers, gaining hands-on experience that will supplement my current education and future career Furthermore, through my education, I will be able to contribute to the educational quality of a remote area while also gaining a better cultural understanding of the world around me With the money I have accumulated over the past two years for my upcoming volunteer trip, I can pay for my car fare and meals, but I want to give the highlanders more value with school supplies and colour posters at the end of the classes Consequently, for me to embark on this incredible opportunity, I rely highly on scholarships and grants to see this experience come to fruition In order to take this step in my volunteer plan, I am applying for financial help through the XYZ Grants, ABC Scholarships, and Whatever These scholarships and grants will help me achieve my goals by covering the costs of my trip to the Northern provinces In essence, they will partially fund my travel expenses and accommodations and provide me with opportunities to apply my expertise and enthusiasm to help children in these areas access better education A few months of volunteering in the summer months may not be too long to comprehensively improve the quality of teaching and learning of upland students Still, I believe it will contribute to helping them be more studious and partly orient them that "Hitting the books is the easiest way to success" I also want to spread my act with the hope of more charitable donations for education in these areas Thank you so much for your consideration ... nominated for the provincial competition These milestones in English affirm my seriousness in my desire to teach English to ethnic minorities in remote areas Along with that, in order to prepare for. .. activities, I also chose for myself practical extra-curricular activities I can play some instruments like piano, ukulele and guitar, which makes me look forward to performing for the little ones... independence and are ladders for me to be ready for long-term volunteering trips In the summer of 2023, I would like to embark on an educational journey to mountainous Northwest areas for the voluntary
