2013 37 Figure 9: ACC interface of 31 lectures .38 Figure 10: ACC interface of 14 reading materials .39 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Nowadays, the business environment has changed with intense pressure on organizations In order to survive and nourish, organizations must constantly learn to stay ahead of their competitors One of the ways is changing from inside out, which starts from the main and the most important asset of organization – its employees.In these days, organizations everywhere are applying different methods on training employees Training has become a crucial part in HR activities It not only responds to and fulfills the human needs of organizations but also defines organizations’ culture Therefore, organizations are making more effort than ever to establish training activities that are interesting, unique and special FPT Corporation is one of the most successful organizations in Vietnam, operating in technology industry FPT aims at expanding and getting in TOP 500 of FORBES in the future In order to so, FPT must prepare for itself excellent workforce Training has an important position in HR activity at FPT Corporation Even though FPT Corporation has various training types, I choose FPT induction training activitiesto be the main theme in this thesis This research study is focusing on analyzing induction training program for new employees only, pointing out its strengths and weakness as well as the solutions to make it better and better This thesis has used secondary data, which is gathered from Internet websites, libraries, newspapers, magazines, formers research studies related to ICT industry and training activities Primary data is collected by in depth interview training officers who have experience in training and surveys of 50targeted new employees in Hanoi According to the above methodology, the research has analyzed some training tools FPT Corporation has applied to train its new employees as well as remaining problems such as:  Limit interaction  Increase in number of absent attendants  Decrease in number of attendants ... on training Chapter 3: Current situation of induction training – Tan Binh program at FPT Chapter 4: Recommendation on Tan Binh program at FPT Corporation CHAPTER THEORETICAL BACKGROUND ON TRAINING. .. effects of induction- training activities that FPT Corporation has employed?  What are the elements affecting induction- training activities in FPT Corporation?  What does FPT Corporation need... attended induction training – Tan Binh program at FPT -
