It is a process of interrelated tasks and tasks, performed to achieve a set goal within the constraints of time, resources and budget to complete a product or a project certain issues Photo What is project? What is project management? Project management is the process of planning, coordinating time, resources and monitoring the development of a project to ensure that the project is completed on time, within the approved budget and achieved specified requirements for the engineering and quality of products and services by the best possible methods and conditions Project management consists of three main phases It is the planning, coordination of implementation, the main content of which is managing the schedule, time, costs and monitoring the project work to achieve the defined goals Photo Three phrases to management a project to success Software project management Software projects include Products that can be materials or software and Software projects are always associated with the solution of the problem Software project management is the process that covers all software engineering activities according to a specific project management model and includes main elements to ensure the project is always on schedule: - Planning - Organize and monitor the plan - Check and adjust the plan The purpose of software project management: ensuring project success Photo Software Project Management II Project Project purpose Define: Project goals are descriptions of what the project will achieve Purpose is generally not measurable Photo 12 Project Risks Moreover, I am showing the communication of project and how could we work with together Photo 13 Project Communication Break down structure and Gantt chart I need to explain the define of What are Work Break Down Structure and Gantt chart? Work Break Down Structure called “WBS”, WBS is a hierarchical decomposition of the entire scope of work that will be performed by the project team to accomplish the project objectives and produce the required deliverables WBS organizes and defines the total scope of the project and represents the work specified in the currently approved project scope statement Photo 14 An example for WBS Gantt chart is a type of diagram used to present tasks and events over time The diagram will consist of two main parts: the vertical axis shows the names of the jobs and the horizontal axis shows the timelines for those jobs Looking at a Gantt chart, you can easily capture the information of each task and the whole project Because of the simple but clear and intuitive layout of information, it has become a useful tool for planning, scheduling, or managing project progress Photo 15 An example for Gantt Chart This is our WBS and Gant chart of our project and we have been div the task for members Photo 16 WBS of project "AirTag" Photo 17 Gantt chart of project "AirTag" III Research Project What is qualitative research? Quantitative research method is the collection and analysis of information on the basis of data obtained from the market The purpose of quantitative research is to draw market conclusions through the use of statistical methods to process data and figures Photo 18 Qualitative Research Method What is quantitative research? Qualitative research method is a type of research often used to probe, find out opinions and views to find insight into issues In addition, this method can also be used to detect future customer trends Photo 19 Quantitative Research Conclusion We choose both qualitative and quantitative research methods in the process of IOT research and development We use qualitative research methods by asking questions in interviews, meetings, discussions, etc to listen and understand the requirements of customers in order to create the best and effective website results, meet customer requirements In addition, we also use quantitative research to find out if and to what extent customer problems and requests are really needed We will this sequentially and address development issues Are the functions, performance, interface, etc good and where are they?
