were published by Springer AISC Series After the grand success of its previous versions, the fourth series of this conference, INDIA-2017 will be held in Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam during June 15-17, 2017 It has been a pleasant collaboration to organize this conference overseas in Vietnam This upcoming conference is a joint venture of Duy Tan University and Pioneer Research Foundation,
