favored option for those who want elegance Overall, the firm possesses over 800 hotels with over 72000 rooms The hotel has a significant presence in the United Kingdom market and a strong brand image, enhancing the company's flourishing in the face of the pandemic The general population well regards the services provided by the organization Moreover, the organization has significantly exploited its resources in understanding the needs and wants of its customers; however, similarly to the other business within the industry, the hotel has had ethical and sustainability issues in link with its supply chain, the local community, the workplace, and the client, as they begin to recover from the economic consequences of the epidemic The organization's value chain looks for behaviors that add value and provide a competitive advantage It categorizes the company's operations into principal activities and support functions;
