By the end of the lesson Ss can develop self control and self study - The Ss also form communication skills and team cooperation with other members Quality Ss will be more aware of using some means of transport in the future II TEACHING AIDS Students: Student’s book, workbook Teachers: Students’ book, workbook, tape script, projector, pictures III TEACHING PROCEDURES Class organization/Warm up Chatting: + How you people travel every day? + What you think about the traffic in the picture? + How about traffic in the future? - Has Ss to look at the picture and talk about it by answering these questions - Work in pairs to the task - Call on some Ss to give their ideas about it - Listen, comment, then lead Ss to the new lesson - Encourage Ss to give their answers - Play the recording twice for Ss to listen and read along - Have Ss underline the words that are related to the unit's topic while they are listening and reading - Ask Ss to work in pairs to read the conversation again and to underline the words / phrases that describe means of transport: hyperloop and teleporter - Work in pairs to pick out words / phrases they have found to write down in the correct column - Ask some Ss to read out words / phrases they have found in the conversation to put into each column - Check the answers as a class key: e Activity 5: * Objective: To help Ss talk about these vehicles will be like in 50 years * Content: work in pairs, discuss to find out the vehicles and talk about these vehicles will be like in 50 years * Output: Complete the task * Process -
