NHÓM -THCS LÊ HỒNG -THCS SƠN ĐỊNH Preparing date:…………… Teaching date:…………… Week:… Period:… UNIT 8: FILMS( Skills 2) Time: one period I Objectives: Knowledge: - By the end of the lesson, students will be able to + Listen for specific information about a film +Write a short paragraph about 70 words about their favourite film Competence: - Linguistic competence, cooperative learning and communicative competence Attitude: - Students will develop their writing about their favourite film and choose a film to relax themselves II Teaching aids and materials: - Teacher’s book, text book, pictures in book, computer, TV/ projector, Internet, webpage: https://www.sachmem.vn III Procedure: Activity 1: Warm-up Task Work in pairs Discuss the following question (5 minutes) Goal Motivate students and lead-in the lesson Input Chatting: What you like / dislike about a comedy? Outcome - Funny - Interesting - Waste of time Procedure  - Teacher models - Students talk together - Some students practice speaking in front of class - T gives Feedback Activity 2: task Mark and Hoa are talking about the film Naughty Twins Listen to the conversation who stars in the film ( minutes) Goal To help students to brainstorm the topic and prepare for the listening text Input Mark and Hoa are talking about the film Naughty Twins Listen to the conversation who stars in the film?
