In addition, the study describes the characteristics of stakeholder performance when participating in urban projects Using the SEM model to examine the correlation between groups of factors, then can determine their relationship Specifically, the group of factors "Contractor's lack of experience and competence" has a significant impact on the factors "Stakeholders' expectations regarding business performance" and "Stakeholders' expectations regarding project performance." The group factor "Contractor's lack of experience and competence" has the strongest influence on the research results The written proposes several measures for this group of factors to contribute to
