For site inspection, Engineer shall prepare the Request for Inspection and notify to the Consultant not less than one working day in advance for required inspection - Về công tác nghiệm thu công trường, Giám sát chuẩn bị phiếu yêu cầu nghiệm thu thông báo với tư vấn giám sát trước ngày để kiểm tra yêu cầu - Inspection test plan (ITP) shall be prepared by responsible Engineer according to construction detail schedule on the basis of the applicable shop drawings, method statement and specification - Kế hoạch nghiệm thu giám sát chuẩn bị phải tuân theo tiến độ xây dựng dựa sở vẽ thi công, biện pháp thi công, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật phê duyệt - Engineer shall follow up the inspection activities in accordance with the “ITP” - Giám sát giám sát công tác thi công tuân theo kế hoạch nghiệm thu - Upon completion of the work operation, the responsible Engineer shall review item covered by the applicable ITP to assure that the work has been completed satisfactorily and then the ITP and all supplementary documentation is attached and submitted to the consultant - All items to be installed must be compliance with the approved MA & shop drawing - Tất vật tư để lắp đặt phải phù hợp với hồ sơ trình mẫu duyệt, vẽ thi công duyệt - Coordinate with the main contractor regarding to ductwork installation (location as per approval shop drawing) - Nhà thầu phải biết kết hợp tuyến ống để thuận tiện cho việc lắp đặt (Vị trí phải tuân thủ theo vẽ thi công duyệt) - Make sure that the installation areas are clean, safe & secure - Phải đảm bảo khu vực thi công sẽ, an toàn an ninh - Report to and stop process in case has any wrong - Báo cáo với dừng triển khai cơng việc có điều thay đổi 7.2 METHOD STATEMENT FOR DUCT WORKS / BIỆN PHÁP THI CƠNG CHO ỐNG GIĨ 7.2.1 Marking of piping location: - Check size of hanger rod, anchor and depth of hole for anchor - Kiểm tra kích thước ty treo, tắc kê, độ sâu lỗ khoan - Check space between hangers, supports or brackets base on shop drawing and specification - Kiểm tra khoảng cách giá đỡ, cùm treo vẽ thi công tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật - Check location of supports, hangers, brackets base on shop drawings were combined with other services - Kiểm tra vị trí giá đỡ, cùm treo, dựa vào vẽ phối hợp hệ thống -
