Overview: students in the integration period International integration brings students a lot of opportunities, but it also brings a lot of challenges Therefore, the content of my presentation in this contest is: opportunities, challenges, and duties of students in the integration period II CONTENT Opportunities of students in the integration period Firstly , students have the opportunity to have access to a new, advanced and informative knowledge system; at the same time, we can learn from regional and international practical experiences Therefore, students can learn from more diverse, rich and multidimensional information sources, thereby improving our own knowledge Secondly, the process of international integration makes universities learn and update advanced training contents from many other universities in the world At the same time, the training program is also renewed and standardized with international programs This is very important for improving the quality of education domestic universities, creating conditions for students to study without having to go abroad as before, but still be able to learn new and advanced knowledge Fourthly, in the integration period, Vietnam cooperates with other countries in the world to give scholarships to students to study abroad Therefore, Vietnamese students can strive to win scholarships by their own strength In addition, domestic universities also accept foreign students to study in Vietnam, so we can learn from international students, in order to improve our understanding of the world Right at our school every year, there are many students from neighboring Laos, helping us to understand a lot better The above opportunities help improve the quality of education and training in the country, which is one of the important factors that help our country develop more and more Challenges of students in the integration period In the process of integration, although students receive many opportunities, they also face many challenges : Firslyt , the biggest challenge of students in the process of integrating with the science and technology of the world is the poor foreign language ability According to the EF English Proficiency Index (EF EPI), Vietnam ranks 66th out of 112 countries and territories on the English proficiency index This is a great difficulty for students to integrate with the world Because most countries in the world use English as a language for international communication Secondly, the education in many universities in Vietnam is too theoretical and little is concern about practical The application of knowledge in practice is not good, does not meet international requirements, and lacks soft skills Therefore, the professional skills of Vietnamese students after graduation are not really excellent Thirdly, the life skills of many students have many points to note, having a closed lifestyle, with little communication with the outside Therefore, they not have the confidence to be able to interact with international friends Fourthly, some students' awareness of their roles and responsibilities in building the country is still not high, a part of young people is undisciplined Therefore, they are not aware of the importance of improving their knowledge and skills in the integration process, thereby causing them to lag behind others, affecting the quality of our country’s international integration Student duties Firstly, constantly learning, improving knowledge, perfecting our skills Especially improve our foreign language skills such as English, Chinese.,,, to make it easier to integrate with other countries in the world Make good use of the opportunities presented in the integration period Secondly, enthusiastically participate in team-based programs to practice soft skills for ourself Actively apply the knowledge learned in real life Train ourself to think critically, actively seek knowledge, to have a multi-dimensional view of things in life Thirdly, must be aware of their own role in building the country, selfdiscipline and moral qualities in study as well as at work From those things, perfect ourself comprehensively III SUMMARY It can be said that students are a highly qualified workforce that plays a key role in deciding the speed or slowness, success or failure of the international integration process Therefore, if students have strong political will, good moral character, and the ability to be quick in absorbing innovative achievements in science and technology, it will be the most favorable condition for Vietnam on the path of với thông qua việc tham gia tổ chức, thiết chế, chế, hoạt động hợp tác quốc tế mục tiêu phát triển thân quốc gia/vùng lãnh thổ nhằm tạo thành sức mạnh tập thể giải vấn đề chung mà bên quan tâm.” Hiểu đơn giản, hội hập quốc tế liên kết quốc gia vùng lãnh thổ cộng đồng định, để đạt mục tiêu lợi ích chung Bối cảnh Nền kinh tế thị trường kéo theo trình hội nhập quốc gia giới với nhiều lĩnh vực khác Trên giới, năm gần đây, quốc gia phải hứng chịu hậu nặng nề đại dịch covid-19 gây ra, vấn đề hội nhập quốc tế vấn đề quan tâm hàng đầu Ở Việt Nam, tham gia hội nhập nhiều lĩnh vực kinh tế, trị, quốc phịng- an ninh,… Từ mở nhiều hội cho phát triển đất nước Vậy, thời kì hội nhập, sinh viên phải làm để khơng bị tụt hậu so với quốc gia khác giới Khái quát: sinh viên thời kì hội nhập Hội nhập quốc tế mang lại cho sinh viên nhiều hội, nhiên mang lại nhiều thách thức Vì vậy, nội dung phần trình bày em thi ngày hôm là: hội, thách thức, nhiệm vụ cần làm sinh viên thời kì hội nhập IV PHẦN NỘI DUNG Những hội sinh viên thời kì hội nhập Thứ nhất, sinh viên có hội tiếp cận với hệ thống tri thức khoa học mới, tiên tiến, dồi thơng tin; đồng thời, học hỏi qua kinh nghiệm thực tiễn khu vực quốc tế Vì vậy, sinh viên học tập từ nguồn thông tin đa dạng, phong phú, đa chiều hơn, từ nâng cao vốn hiểu biết thân Thứ hai, trình hội nhập quốc tế làm cho trường đại học học hỏi, cập nhập nội dung đào tạo tiến từ nhiều trường đại học khác giới Đồng thời, chương trình đào tạo đổi mới, chuẩn hóa với chương trình quốc tế Điều quan trọng cho việc nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục đào tạo Hội thi hùng biện tiếng Anh Đoàn Tuấn Anh Thứ ba, trường đại học Việt Nam có khả liên kết với trường đại học quốc tế danh tiếng, nghiên cứu nhằm tăng cường lực trường nước, tạo điều kiện cho sinh viên học tập, nghiên cứu mà khơng cần nước ngồi trước mà học kiến thức mới, tiến Thứ tư, thời kì hội nhập, Việt Nam liên kết với quốc gia khác giới nhằm trao học bổng cho sinh viên để du học Vì vây sinh viên Việt Nam phấn đấu giành học bổng sức Ngồi ra, trường đại học nước nhận sinh viên nước du học vào Việt Nam, qua học tập từ bạn du học sinh, nhằm nâng cao hiểu biết giới Ngay trường năm ln có nhiều sinh viên tới từ nước láng giềng Lào, giúp cho hiểu biết nhiều Các hội giúp nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục đào tạo nước, yếu tố quan trọng giúp cho đất nước ngày phát triển Những thách thức sinh viên thời kì hội nhập Trong trình hội nhập, sinh viên nhận nhiều hội, gặp phải khơng thách thức: Đầu tiên, thách thức lớn lớn sinh viên trình hội nhập với khoa học kỹ thuật giới khả ngoại ngữ cịn Theo Bảng xếp hạng số thơng thạo tiếng Anh tồn cầu EF English Proficiency Index ( EF EPI), Việt Nam xếp hạng 66/112 quốc gia vùng lãnh thổ số thơng thạo tiếng Anh Đây khó khăn lớn sinh viên để hội nhập với giới Bởi hầu hết quốc gia giới sử dụng tiếng Anh ngôn ngữ để giao tiếp quốc tế Thứ hai, việc giáo dục nhiều trường đại học Việt Nam thiên lý thuyết mà quan tâm vấn đề thực hành Việc ứng dụng kiến thức vào thực tế chưa tốt, chưa đáp ứng yêu cầu quốc tế, thiếu kĩ mềm Chính thế, kỹ chun mơn sinh viên Việt Nam sau tốt nghiệp chưa thực xuất sắc Thứ ba, kĩ sống nhiều sinh viên cịn nhiều điểm cần lưu ý, có lối sống khép kín, giao tiếp với bên ngồi Vì nên họ chưa có tự tin để giao lưu với bạn bè quốc tế Thứ tư, việc nhận thức vai trị trách nhiệm việc xây dựng đất nước số sinh viên chưa cao Đồng thời phận giới trẻ chưa có tính kỷ luật Chính thế, họ chưa ý thức tầm quan trọng việc nâng cao kiến thức, kỹ trình hội nhập, từ khiến cho họ bị tụt hậu so với người khác, làm ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng nguồn nhân lực đất nước thời kù hội nhập quốc tế Chính thế, sinh viên phải tự ý thức nhiệm vụ, trách nhiệm để khắc phục khó khăn đường hội nhập quốc tế Hội thi hùng biện tiếng Anh Đoàn Tuấn Anh Nhiệm vụ sinh viên Thứ nhất, không ngừng học tập, trau dồi kiến thức, hồn thiện kĩ nhằm nâng cao trình độ thân Đặc biệt nâng cao trình độ ngoại ngữ thân tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung.,,, để dễ dàng trình hội nhập với cá quốc gia khác giới Tận dụng tốt hội có thời kỳ hội nhập Thứ hai, hăng hái tham gia chương trình mang tính đồng đội nhằm rèn luyện kĩ mềm cho thân Chủ động ứng dụng kiến thức học vào thực tế sống Rèn cho thân tư phản biện, chủ động tìm hiểu kiến thức, để có nhìn đa chiều vật tượng sống Thứ ba, phải tự nhận thức vai trò thân việc xây dựng đất nước, tự rèn luyện tính kỷ luật, tự giác, phẩm chất đạo đức học tập cơng việc Từ đó, hồn thiện thân cách tồn diện V TỔNG KẾT Có thể nói, sinh viên lực lượng lao động trình độ cao, có vai trị việc định nhanh hay chậm, thành hay bại trình hội nhập với quốc tế Vì vậy, sinh viên có lĩnh trị vững vàng, phẩm chất đạo đức tốt đẹp, có khả nhanh nhạy việc tiếp thu thành tựu đổi khoa học công nghệ điều kiện thuận lợi cho Việt Nam đường phát triển đất nước Hội thi hùng
