- Không có trường hợp nào tái phát trong 16 bệnh nhân tái khám Từ kết quả trên chúng tôi rút ra những kết luận:
Điều trị NGT sau VTC bằng phương pháp dẫn lưu qua da là một phương pháp đơn giản, ít xâm lấn, kinh tế, hiệu quả và tương đối an toàn.
KIẾN NGHỊ
Qua nghiên cứu chúng tôi có một số kiến nghị như sau:
- Trước một NGT sau VTC có biến chứng nhiễm trùng hay các NGT kích thước ≥ 6cm có triệu chứng đau, nôn... chúng tôi kiến nghị nên can thiệp dẫn lưu qua da nên là lựa chọn ban đầu. Nếu thất bại mới chuyển sang điều trị phẫu thuật.
- Với phương pháp điều trị NGT bằng dẫn lưu qua da dưới hướng dẫn của SA hoặc chụp CLVT ở khoa Hồi sức tích cực Bệnh viện Bạch Mai đạt được kết quả tương đối khả quan, có nhiều ưu điểm và dễ thực hiện. Chúng tôi hy vọng đề tài này góp phần nhỏ bé vào một xu hướng mới trong điều trị NGT ở Việt Nam.
