3.2. Kết quả nghiên cứu hoạt tính độc tế bào trên dòng tế bào ung thư HeLa
(cổ tử cung) và A549 (tế bào ung thư gan)
Ở công trình này, chúng tôi đã tiến hành thử nghiệm hoạt tính ức chế tế bào trên 2 dòng tế bào ung thư HeLa (cổ tử cung) và tế bào ung thư gan (A549) của các hợp chất phân lập được từ loài Cáp Đồng văn.

Kết quả trên Bảng 3.2 cho thấy mẫu hai chất 1 thể hiện hoạt tính ức chế sự phát triển của các dòng tế bào ung thư với giá trị IC50 53,64 - 68,45 µg/ml, chất 1 thể hiện hoạt tính ức chế tế bào trung bình.
KẾT LUẬN VÀ KIẾN NGHỊ 1. Kết luận
Luận văn tốt nghiệp: “Phân lập, xác định cấu trúc và đánh giá hoạt tính
sinh học hợp chất từ lá loài Cáp Đồng văn (Capparis dongvanensis)” thực hiện nghiên cứu phân lập hợp chất hữu cơ từ lá khô loài Cáp Đồng văn. Luận văn đã hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ đề ra và đạt được các kết quả như sau:
1- Đã tiến hành sắc ký cột silica gel pha thuận, pha đảo và phân lập được 2 hợp chất từ cao chiết.
2- Thực nghiệm đo phổ NMR, MS và đã xác định được cấu trúc của 2 hợp chất từ loài Cáp Đồng văn.
3- Đánh giá hoạt tính ức chế tế bào ung thư HeLa và A549 của 1 hợp chất 1 phân lập được. Kết quả cho thấy chất 1 thể hiện hoạt tính ức chế tế bào ung thư
HeLa và A549.
2. Kiến nghị
Để cung cấp thêm nhiều thông tin khoa học hữu ích về loài Cáp Đồng văn, tôi xin có vài kiến nghị như sau:
- Tiếp tục nghiên cứu thêm về thành phần hóa học của loài Cáp Đồng văn. - Thử nghiệm thêm các hoạt tính sinh học khác.
