food or restaurant industry, jobs as waiter/receptionist, staffing agencies, teaching assistant, etc Like many university students, HUFLIT IBA seniors take on a part-time job during the senior year of university as the desire for independence Particularly, their decision to work not simply for financial reason to contribute to family expense that they more likely to be happy with the money they got, with many aspects of their lives, their work HUFLIT IBA seniors who earn their own money tend to spend it wisely Moreover, they believed that the early valuable experience gained through the part-time jobs would help them obtain advantage employment prospects and develop skills in the future than those who did not have parttime jobs In general, the part-time job brings many advantages and reinforces what students are learning in university 1.2 Objectives Besides the obvious advantages of going to work, HUFLIT IBA seniors face many other difficulties as well These are direct impacts on students include lacking of time to study, being stressful, no job security and insurance benefit, less chance of receiving promotion, not having time for relations The converse theorem of students "work ahead, study later" seems unreasonable, but when part-time job has caused students cannot attend classes because of too many debts or excessive absenteeism, and then must consider this theorem Students are more attracted to the jobs than learning Students have been swept into the spinning wheel of making money The higher the work intensity, the lower the quality of learning, the learning becomes secondary when the demand for money is too large Another problem is that the intensity of work is inversely proportional to student health The more students work, their healthy is more likely leads to get worse, going to work and therefore they often skip meals Consequently, they not ensure their health condition while going to the lecture hall This scientific research will point out how
