Introduction In this report I will present the project and communicate appropriate recommendations based on meaningful conclusions drawn from the evidence findings and or analysis from the project on wage differences between men and women in the same working environment. More specifically, I have gathered the majority of my survey data from The Mobile World. From there, it will reflect on the value from conducting the project and its usefulness to support sustainable organisational performance.

workplace Particularly in the corporate climate For the most part, employers often pay men more than women in the business world The gender equality disparity and the discussion on gender equality in
