Introduction In this report I will present the project and communicate appropriate recommendations based on meaningful conclusions drawn from the evidence findings and or analysis from the project on wage differences between men and women in the same working environment. More specifically, I have gathered the majority of my survey data from The Mobile World. From there, it will reflect on the value from conducting the project and its usefulness to support sustainable organisational performance.

workplace Particularly in the corporate climate For the most part, employers often pay men more than women in the business world The gender equality disparity and the discussion on gender equality in 2.1.2.Project statement The gender gap in the market environment is a major obstacle to the company's growth There are many different aspects of the research on men's rights and roles, and half gender differences in both female and male workers' pay, wages and benefits in order to allow them to be handled equally and to ensure that all employees enjoy the same equality 2.1.3.Project Stategy The basic venture is subsidized by certain techniques that will be conducted regularly as listed below: • In addition to secondary research methods, with the assistance of number one, the mentioned
