môn, nghiên cứu khoa học, nguồn kinh phí dành cho cơng tác nghiên cứu khoa học cịn eo hẹp, tôn vinh chưa kịp thời, tuổi hưu nữ giới sớm năm ảnh hưởng, tác động nhiều đến đường nghiên cứu khoa học nữ giới PGS TS Nguyễn Thị Bích Loan cho rằng, bối cảnh cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0, việc quan tâm đầu tư cho khoa học công nghệ, đầu tư cho bình đẳng giới đầu tư cho phát triển bền vững, cần tiếp tục trao quyền cho phụ nữ tất lĩnh vực, cụ thể hóa vào sách Đội ngũ nữ khoa học nhóm tinh hoa phụ nữ Việt Nam, cần tạo điều kiện để họ hoàn thành tốt sứ mệnh, đóng góp tích cực vào phát triển bền vững Thảo centering the current situation, opportunities and challenges for female intellectuals, female scientists, especially female scientists in the field of science technology in the context of industrial revolution 4.0 Proposals, recommendations and solutions were also presented to improve and narrow the gender gap in science and technology Speaking at the seminar, Assoc.Prof.PhD Nguyen Thi Bich Loan, Vice President of Vietnam University of Commerce said that gender discrimination still existed in some parts of society, hindering the development of female intellectuals In addition, gender roles in the family put burdens on women, depriving them of the time needed for professional work and scientific research Meager financial resources for scientific research, untimely honoring of female scientists and early retirement age of women by years have severely affected their path in scientific research Assoc.Prof.PhD Nguyen Thi Bich Loan claimed that within the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution, investing in sciencetechnology and gender equality also means investing in sustainable development Therefore, it is necessary to continue empowering women in all aspects, concretized by carrying out policies Female scientists belong to the quintessential group of Vietnamese women Favorable conditions should be granted so that they can successfully fulfill their missions and actively
