Soneplex HDSL Slimline Repeater The Soneplex HDSL Slimline Repeater operates with ADC's Soneplex HDSL Central Office and Remote modules to extend the effective length of HDSL spans to 24,000 ft using one repeater or 36,000 ft with two repeaters. It inserts into a single slot of any industry-standard 239- mechanics outdoor enclosure, or ADC’s Soneplex Radiator™ or EnCaser™ 819. Description A single HDSL Slimline Repeater in the local loop regenerates the HDSL signal, extending the 12,000 ft distance over which a full-duplex DS1 signal can be carried to 24,000 ft. Two HDSL Slimline Repeaters may be used to carry the signal up to 36,000 feet. The HDSL Slimline Repeater is fully compatible with the Soneplex system’s extensive management capabilities, including performance monitoring, sectionalization and enhanced customer and network loopbacks.
