(1)Unit3 AT HOME DIVISION OF LESSON A A 2,3 B 1,2 B 3,4 B Week Period 13: Lesson 1: A1 I/ Aim: After the lesson, Ss can introduce kinds of rooms in a house and the names of the furnitures and presents exclamation II/ Language contents *Exclamative sentences: *Vocabulary: Amazing (a), awful (a), (n) rest, sink, tub, dryer,diswasher,electric stove III/ Techniques: - Rub out and remember - Noughts and crosses IV/ Teaching aids: -pictures -Tape V/ Procedures: A Greetings and checking attendance: B Today’s lesson: T’S AND SS’ ACTIVITIES T has Ss review the previous lesson T uses the pictures to introduce the dialogue T asks Ss some questions Eg: How many rooms are there in the house? What are they? The T teaches the new words T reads Ss repeat.( chorally Individually) T explains some abstract words Reading the words once more Ss play the game CONTENTS 1/ Warm up: *Marks: a/ What will you eat? B/ What games will you play? C/ What will you on… ? 2/ Presentation: sink(n) tub(n) dryer(n) electric stove(n) dishwasher(n) awful (a) amazing(a) Ex: What an awful day!
