Version Date: QU-Managementsystem Managementhandbook 01 - Chapter 09 Page 1 of 5 QE - Managementsystem The QU Managementsystem contains all items for conversion of the QE politics. The substantial building blocks of the system, like Organization (structure, flow), Documentation, Information, Personnel and Controlling have to contribute to the implementation of our QU politics. The system covers all processes of the first customer contact up to the care after the distribution. Additionally the processes, whose activities do have substantial effects on the environment The necessary operational sequence for the security of the quality as well as all more environmental-relevantly operational activities are determined in writing. In the following process Landscape all processes are essentially represented for the attainability of the Quality- and Environmental demands. Apart from the process statements for the direct activity the coworkers also have to comply with the general process statements for Management processes (e.g. M04 are - documentation .). Version Date: QU-Managementsystem Managementhandbook 01 - Chapter 09 Page 2 of 5 Explanation of the Process Landscape The first level of the process landscape places the conversion of the PDCA (flat DOCHECK act) set and thus the methodology of the continuous improvement as a main objective of a management system. The components Planning, Checking and Improvement are stated in the diagram as management processes in blue colour. The component " concerns " is illustrated as total process (implementing processes), which is supported by various support processes during its conversion. To the necessary understanding we may point out that these two process types are to be understood as follows: - Implementing processes: fundamental, worth-drawing activities, which are inherently at the customer satisfaction, respectively the market shares. - Support processes: serve the maintenance of processes and are applicable upon requirement. The processes stated in green show our enterprise Input or Output, thus those influences, which come from the outside, respectively go outward, as relevant enterprise environment. The second level of the process landscape represents the conversion of our enterprise purpose and shows those processes, which are substantial for the implementation of our products. The trigger is always an internal/external inquiry, which flows after the check of date, technical feasibility, price etc. in a job. This job is divided upon requirement into stocks- , development- or production-order. The supply follows as last main case of the implementation (solution).
