Bài viết tìm hiểu việc tổng hợp dây nano silic bằng phương pháp bốc bay nhiệt, cấu trúc của chúng và sự liên quan của cấu trúc này đến việc phát huỳnh quang của dây Si đo ở nhiệt độ phòng.
