nguồn lượng thay cho việc sử dụng nguồn điện từ lưới, pin phát triển cho thiết bị điện tử có cơng suất thấp hạn chế việc bảo trì, với ứng dụng đa dạng cảm biến hay thiết bị đo dùng xe cộ, thiết bị cơng trình hay phận sinh học nhân tạo, thu hút nhiều quan tâm nghiên cứu Nhiều thiết kế phương pháp tiếp cận đề xuất để chuyển đổi lượng từ nguồn rung động môi trường sang lượng điện Nổi bật số đó, thiết bị khai thác lượng kiểu áp điện (piezoelectric energy harvester - PEH) sử dụng phổ biến Đối với mơ hình vật lí cụ thể, hiệu suất chuyển đổi lượng đại lượng sử dụng để đánh giá hiệu thu hồi lượng mơ hình Do chất vật lý thiết bị PEH chuyển đổi lượng từ rung động sang lượng điện, qua chuyển đổi trung gian biến dạng vật rắn đàn hồi, nên hiệu suất chuyển đổi lượng phụ thuộc vào nhiều yếu tố Vì vậy, hướng nghiên cứu đề tài nhằm trả lời câu hỏi cho mơ hình thu hồi lượng vật liệu áp điện áp dụng hệ thống sưởi, thơng gió điều hịa khơng khí (HVAC): làm để xác định tính tốn hiệu suất chuyển đổi lượng Tình hình nghiên cứu Theo nguyên lý làm việc, thiết bị PEH phân làm hai loại kiểu quán tính kiểu phi quán tính Đối với kiểu phi quán tính, kích động tác dụng trực tiếp lên hệ làm cho vật liệu áp điện bị co hay dãn để tạo điện Đối với kiểu qn tính, kích động khơng trực tiếp làm biến dạng vật liệu áp điện mà lực quán tính hệ Để đánh giá hiệu thu hồi lượng hiệu suất chuyển đổi lượng, có số đề xuất xuất phát từ lý thuyết lẫn thực nghiệm Năm 2004, Richards cộng [10] đưa cơng thức xác để xác định hiệu suất dựa mơ hình đơn giản bậc tự do, hiệu suất η phụ thuộc vào hệ số chất lượng hệ số liên kết cơ-điện hệ Năm 2006, Shu Lien [11] phân tích hiệu suất chuyển đổi lượng lý thuyết miền cộng hưởng thiết bị PEH kiểu công xôn - Khối lượng gia tốc gắn đầu dầm PEH làm tăng công suất đầu vào Pin, công suất đầu Pout hiệu suất η 45 KẾT LUẬN Về mặt lý thuyết phân tích hiệu suất thu hồi lượng từ rung động máy nén hệ thống HVAC pin áp điện dầm công xôn thon lớp áp điện, có biên dạng thay đổi theo quy luật mũ chịu kích động Xây dựng đại lượng tương đương dầm ghép độ cứng tương đương dựa mơ hình dầm Euler-Bernoulli, tần số tự nhiên phương pháp Rayleigh Ritz, khối lượng tương đương tính từ độ cứng tần số tự nhiên tương đương Xây dựng hiệu suất PEH mơ hình lý thuyết Ertuk cộng Ứng dụng cho dầm PEH theo quy luật mũ có đặc điểm phù hợp với kết nghiên cứu dầm PEH hình chữ nhật Hướng nghiên cứu autonomous systems, piezoelectric energy harvester (PEH) is one of the most common generators used to convert mechanical vibrations into electrical energy due to its high energy density (Roundy, et al 2003) An excellent review of piezoelectric energy harvesting techniques developed in the last decade was summerized in (Inman, et al 2018) The main focuses on PEH now are improving the performance via high-performance piezoelectric materials, structure and manufacturing process innovation, optimization of dynamic characteristics (Erturk et al, 2017) In energy flow analysis for piezoelectric energy harvesting systems, efficiency is considered as an important criterion to evaluate the transferred energy rates There are three major phases/steps in PEH: mechanical-mechanical energy transfer, mechanical-electrical energy conversion, electrical-electrical energy transfer (Uchino, et al 2010; Erturk, et al 2017) Throughout PEH, the relative energy loss are mechanical, mechanical-electrical transduction and electrical ones In (Erturk, et al 2017) several studies on efficiency was reviewed and a new estimation of the efficiency was developed As shown in the analytical expression that efficiency is greatly affected by geometry of PEH, electromechanical coupling effect, damping effect, excitation frequency and electrical load In order to improve the performance of PEH, many recent studies have proposed various geometries of PEH mechanical structure to attain higher stress, strain and consequently higher voltage and power from the same piezoelectric material It has been proven in the literature that some type of tapered cantilever beam can obtain higher energy than the rectangular one from higher excitation frequency (Inman, et al 2018; Hosseini, et al 2015; Udhayakumar, et al 2018) Nevertheless these papers only focused on optimizing the geometrical factors of PEH structrure at resonant state to maximize the input mechanical energy, but without considering the efficiency In this paper, we examine the efficiency of PEH with exponentially tapered cantilever beam with the estimation proposed in (Erturk et al, 2017) The lumped parameters using in structural damping on efficiency in resonant state For various shape of exponentially tapered cantilever, the efficiency decreases small as damping increases, that means the efficiency value tends to keep constant, when damping turns strong It is shown that the lower value of q is, the higher efficiency is obtained When c is very small, the efficiency in case of q= reaches to 60% in comparing with 40% in case of q= 20 Figure shows the effect of the frequency ratio on efficiency Similar as the effect of damping, the lower value of q provides higher efficiency The efficiency value drops very fast when the excitation frequency rises, for example just about 5% as % 1.5 We can found this important characteristic in (Erturk, et al 2017) Therefore the preferred consideration is to design PEH working in the resonant region % [0.9,1] CONCLUSIONS In this paper, we theoretically studied efficiency of an exponentially tapered cantilever PEH subjected to base excitation Firstly, analytical expression of lumped parameters of the composite beam such as equivalent stiffness, is defined based on Euler-Bernoulli beam model, the natural frequency is defined by using Rayleigh–Ritz method, the equivalent mass is calculated from equivalent stiffness and natural frequency The lumped parameters then are used for analysing the efficiency of the PEH following Erturk’estimation The application for a certain exponentially tapered cantilever PEH shows that the main characteristics agree with available result extracted from study of rectangular cantilever PEH Using the approach in this paper,
