* Ghi chuù: Unless = If not Ex:- We’ll be late if we don’t hurry. Unless we hurry, we’ll be late

Ta diễn tả câu ĐK mà khơng cần dùng IF hay UNLESS cách đảo chủ ngữ sau động từ
WERE (loại II) HAD (loại III ) Chú ý không làm với động từ khác
Ex : If they were stronger,they could lift the table
Were they stronger, they could lift the table
If he had studied hard, he would have passed the final exams
Had he studied hard, he would have passed the final exams
Provided (that), On condition(that), As long as, so long as (miễn là,với điều kiện là), suppose,
suppossing (giả sử ), in case (trong trường hợp), even if (ngay khi,dù cho)……… dùng thay cho IF câu ĐK
Ex: If I forget ,please remind me of my promise
= In case I forget, please remind me of my promise
