Jumple words

There are some words which refer to some kinds of music They are jumbled Rearrange them to make correct words!

- Show these jumple words

- Divide class into groups

- Ask students work in group to rearrange them to make correct words Go to the board and write

10’ II PRE-SPEAKING: Set the scene:

Introduce Ha Anh:

“Look at the picture, She is Ha Anh, now we read what she says about music and answer some questions”

Task 1: Read the paragraph and answer the questions:

1 She likes pop music

2 Because it keeps her happy Her favorite band is the Backstreet Boys (They are easy to listen to Their songs cheer her up whenever she feels bad)

4 She listens to music all the time (She got a Walkman so she can listen to music when she is out, at home she has radio on and watches pop programmes on TV)

- Ask students open their book page 126

- Run through (ask question :

How many questions are there? )

- Ask students the meaning of difficult words in the paragraph (cheer me up: làm vui lên…)

- Ask students read and answer the questions in minutes
