Introduce the English 6 Bộ môn tiếng Anh là bộ môn trong chương trình THCS nhằm hình thành và phát triển ở học sinh những kiến thức, kĩ năng cơ bản về tiếng Anh và những phẩm chất trí tuệ cần thiết để tíêp tục học hoặc đi vào cuộc sống lao động. do đó môn tiếng Anh6 cũng được biên soạn theo quan điểm chủ điểm là lấy cơ sở để xây dựng nội dung. dữ liệu được lựa trọn và sắp xếp theo nội dung chủ điểm và được xuất hiện theo chủ đề và tình huống có nghĩa: • Các vấn đề thuộc cá nhân • Các vấn đề về học tập và giáo dục • Cộng đồng • Sức khoẻ • Vui chơi giải trí • Thế giới quanh ta II. Introduce the English 6 book and the way to study - cuốn tịếng Anh6 gồm 16 đơn vị bài học tương ứng với 16 chủ đề được phát triển từ 6 chủ điểm trên, mỗi bài từ 5 đến 6 tiết ( 45’/ 1 tiết) gồm các phần A,B,C được phân bố theo bốn kỹ năng: Nghe, nói, đọc, viết - Thông thường trong mỗi tiết học được tiến hành như sau: • Giới thiệu bài • giới thiệu ngữ liệu mới • Luyện tập • Củng cố - Các kỹ năng thường gắn với các trò chơi phù hợp Vậy để học tốt môn tiếng Anh học sinh phải chăm chỉ, chủ động, mạnh dạn và xác định rõ động cơ học tập.
