I Objectives:
After the lesson, students are able to:

- Develop: speaking skills II Language focus:
- Vocabulary: months in a year, birthday, cake, happy
- Sentence patterns: When is your birthday? - It’s on the fifth of March. III Teaching aids:
1 Teacher’s: student’s and teacher’s book, pictures, cassette. 2 Students’: books, notebooks, workbooks.

- Have ss look at the picture

- Play again, have ss listen and repeat
- Elicit the new word and new sentence from ss - Teach the new word and new sentence
- Ask ss give some more examples - Have ss read the dialogue
