giá định lượng rủi ro nhà máy sản xuất nhựa Polypropylene Dung Quất phần mềm mô SAFETI 6.54” nghiên cứu quy trình cơng nghệ sản xuất nhà máy Polypropylene Dung Quất Từ xác đinh mối nguy hiểm cháy nổ, độc hại tiềm tàng trình vận hành nhà máy Xác đinh liệt kê trường hợp cố xảy nhà máy Từ trường hợp cố xác định, đề tài tính tốn tần số dựa vào sở liệu tần số tai nạn thiết bị gới mô hậu phần mềm PHAST 6.54 Sau kết hợp tần số hậu để tính xác suất rủi ro cá nhân rủi ro tập thể phần mềm SAFETI 6.54 Các kết rủi ro tính bao gồm: rủi ro cá nhân khu vực (LSIR), rủi ro cá nhân tính năm (IRPA), xác suất tổn thất sinh mạng tiềm tàng (PLL), rủi ro tập thể So sánh kết rủi ro tính với tiêu chuẩn rủi ro để xác định khu vực hoăc thiết bị có mức rủi ro cao, để từ có biện pháp giảm thiểu rủi ro khu vực thiết bị ABSTRACT The thesis undertake a Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) for all planned process facilities for Dung Quat Polypropylene Plant (DQPP) The study evaluates the level of individual risk as well as societal risk by the operation of the DQPP facilities and compare this level of risk to the recommended risk acceptance criteria The risk results may also be used to assist to identify process
