STRUCTURES:

Give some examples about the special passive structures and ask students to identify the special passive structures 1 Verb with two objects:

Ex: He gave the police the information He gave the information to the police

=>The police were given the information

2 Verb + object + to-infinitive: Ex: He wants someone to take photographs

=>He wants photographs to be taken Subject + verb + object + to be + V(pp)

*Verbs: like , hate , love , want , prefer 3 Verb + object + bare-infinitive: Ex: We saw them go out of the house =>They were seen to go out of the house

Subject + passive verb + to-infinitive

*Verbs: feel , see , watch, notice , hear, make , help

4 Verb + object + gerund:
