This study is to identify competitive factors affecting to the business performance of tourism enterprises at Thua Thien Hue province The result shows that (1) Financial capacity, (2) Information technology, (3) Service capacity, (4) Marketing capacity, (5) Social responsibility, (6) Management capacity, (7) Corporate culture, (8) Products and services and (9) Brand image are determinant factors for the business performance of tourism enterprises Based on these results, this study proposes managemental implications to help tourism enterprises in Thua Tbien Hue province achieve their business goals
