Teaching point: By the end of this lesson, ps can practise Wh- qs with "will" fluently. II. preparation: 1. Teacher’s: text book, lesson plan, poster. 2. Students’: textbooks, workbooks, pens III. Procedures. 1. Organization : 1-2' Goodmorning ! Who's absent today? 2. Checking up + warm up : 5-7' - T. gives word cues, asks Sts to go to the board and do them. a. What time/see/a movie => What time will we see? - We will … b. How/ go to the movie/ by tike => How will we go to the movie? - We => T. remarks.… 3. New lesson : 32' T's activities Time Ss' activities I. Presentation. 1. Pre- teach: - Who's calling : Ai ®ang gäi ®iÖn tho¹i: Trans -Can I speak to ? Cho phÐp t«i nãi chuyÖn… víi? - I'll call again: T«i sÏ gäi l¹i Trans - T. models first. * Check : matching - T. corrects their mistake. 2. presentation dialogue: * Sets the scene: uses picture in book (P:22). and introduces dialogue. ? Who's this ? - It's Han ? Who's this ? - It's Phong. ? Are they talking on the phone? ? What are they talking about? - Let's read this dialogue and practise in pairs. II. Practice: Lucky numbers. ( Questions ) - T. gives some numbers on the board, under each number is one of these qs of A6 ( p: 22 ) two of them are lucky numbers. - T. devides class in to 2 groups to play this. 7’ 5’ 10’ - Copy - Listen- repeat in chorus - indvi - Match on the board. Listen and answer teacher's questions. - Read dialogue throughly and then pratise in pairs. - Listen T's explaination - T. controls the game: Key: a. Phong is calling b. Han is answering the phone? c. They are talking about Lan. d. She will be back at about 6 o'clock e. He'll call her again after 6. III. production: Mapped dialogue. Tan Nam - What do tomorrow … morning ? - go studium… … -What watch? a food ball match… -Would like . with me? -Where meet? … . - 4.30 meet at 4.15… infrom of stadium… - OK. - T. gives the frame of dialogue:guides Sts to make complete dialogue base on word cues. - Asks ps to practise in chorus - inpairs. 10’ - Choose the numbers and give out the answers. -Look at this frame and make full qs and answers - Practise speaking the dialogue in chorus- in pairs. 4. Consolidation . 2' Retells the main content of the lesson. 5. Homework . 2' Retell write the dialogue between Nam and Tan do exercises in work books.
