ng l c c a m t s ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus Qu ng Nam” nh m m c đích xác đ nh đ c ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus có kh n ng kích thích sinh tr ng nâng cao n ng su t l c, làm c s xây d ng quy trình ng d ng ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus s n xu t l c Qu ng Nam Nghiên c u s d ng ch ph m vi khu n BaD-S1A1, BaD-S1F3, BaD-S13E2, BaDS13E3, BaD- S18F11 BaD- S20D12 đ c s n xu t t ch ng vi khu n Bacillus t ng ng Bacillus sp S1A1, Bacillus sp S1F3, Bacillus sp S13E2, Bacillus sp S13E3, Bacillus sp S18F11, Bacillus sp S20D12, t t c ch ph m đ u có m t đ vi khu n 109 cfu/gam s d ng v t li u nghiên c u gi ng l c L23 tài g m n i dung chính: (1) ánh giá hi u qu kích thích sinh tr ng l c c a m t s ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus; (2) ánh giá kh n ng h n ch m t s b nh h i l c c a m t s ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus (3) ánh giá nh h ng c a ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus đ n y u t c u thành n ng su t n ng su t l c Thí nghi m đ c ti n hành 02 v (v Xuân Hè 2017 v ông Xuân 2017 – 2018) t i vùng đ t cát thu c xã Bình xã Bình Ph c, huy n Th ng Bình, t nh Qu ng Nam B trí thí nghi m theo Quy chu n k thu t qu c gia v kh o nghi m giá tr canh tác giá tr s d ng c a gi ng l c (QCVN 01-57: 2011/BNNPTNT), thí nghi m g m công th c (6 ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus đ i ch ng không s d ng ch ph m) đ c thi t k theo ki u kh i ng u nhiên RCBD, l n nh c l i, di n tích m i ô thí nghi m 15m2 Li u l ng ch ph m 1gam/m2, s d ng theo ph ng pháp thêm đ t rãi h t l c, m t đ tr ng 33 cây/m2 ánh giá ch tiêu STPT theo QCVN 01-168: 2014/BNNPTNT ch tiêu BVTV đ c đánh giá theo Quy chu n k thu t qu c gia v u tra d ch h i l c đ ng ru ng (QCVN 01-168: 2014/BNNPTNT) K t qu nghiên c u cho th y BaD-S20D12 ch ph m t t nh t, có kh n ng làm t ng t l m c c a gi ng l c L23, t ng s l ng cành, s xanh l i, kích thích hình thành n t s n, h n ch đ c b nh g s t, b nh đ m cho n ng su t th c thu cao nh t công th c thí nghi m, v i NSTT dao đ ng t 21,96 - 26,97 t /ha ch ph m BaD-S20D12 cho t l t ng so v i đ i ch ng t 18,29 – 21,13% V i k t qu nghiên c u trên, m nh d n đ xu t ti p t c nghiên c u nh h ng c a ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus chân đ t gi ng l c khác đ có k t lu n xác h n ng th i, th nghi m mơ hình tr ng l c ng d ng ch ph m BaD-S20D12 t i đ a bàn nghiên c u vùng tr ng l c khác Qu ng Nam đ có s s khuy n cáo cho bà nông dân ng th i, góp ph n xây d ng quy trình s n xu t l c ng d ng ch ph m vi khu n Bacillus t i Qu ng Nam iv M CL C L I CAM OAN i L I C M
