giao dịch ngày tăng đa dạng Thương mại lĩnh vực mà chủ thể tham dự, đây, khơng bó hẹp phạm vi hay số quốc gia mà vượt qua không gian chật hẹp đó, tới tầm đa quốc gia, đa dân tộc Đây nơi thể rõ ràng đa dạng văn hoá giao tiếp, ứng xử thơng qua hoạt động giao dịch Thư tín thương mại kênh giao tiếp chủ yếu, có tầm quan trọng đặc biệt giao dịch thương mại Thư tín thương mại khơng cung cấp thơng tin có giá trị vấn đề kinh doanh, chẳng hạn giao dịch mua bán, mà chúng cịn có giá trị pháp lý Tính hiệu thư phụ thuộc nhiều vào kỹ viết thư người viết vì, để thể nội dung, với ngôn từ cách diễn đạt thông tin khác nhau, người viết tạo cảm nhận tích cực tiêu cực người nhận, thư có tác dụng tích cực tiêu cực lên việc xây dựng mối quan hệ tổ chức cá nhân Kỹ viết thư cách lịch yếu tố quan trọng, học áp dụng để tạo nên tính hiệu thư Một thư đảm bảo nguyên tắc lịch mang lại hiệu giao dịch lớn, ví dụ tạo khách hàng mới, giữ chân khách hàng cũ; giúp thu lại nợ khó địi, hịa giải xung đột; củng cố tạo dựng tin cậy, hợp tác đối tác Trong q trình tìm hiểu, chúng tơi nhận thấy chiến lược lịch có tầm quan trọng lớn việc viết thư tín thương mại; nhiên Việt Nam chưa có nhiều nghiên cứu thư tín thương mại nói chung, nữa, việc nghiên cứu lịch thư tín thương mại cịn khoảng trống Đồng thời, chúng tơi dự đốn có khác biệt nhận thức sử dụng kỹ lịch thư tín thương mại người nói tiếng Anh ngữ người Việt Do đó, chúng tơi chọn đề tài “Lịch thư yêu cầu hồi đáp yêu cầu giao dịch thương mại: đối chiếu tiếng Anh người Anh/ Mỹ tiếng Anh người Việt” cho cơng trình luận án Luận án chúng tơi sâu tìm hiểu chiến lược lịch sự, chủ yếu dựa theo lý thuyết lịch Brown & Levinson [67], phân tích so sánh việc sử dụng chiến lược lịch thư yêu cầu hồi đáp thư yêu cầu tiếng Anh người nói tiếng Anh ngữ (Anh/Mỹ) người Việt viết để tìm điểm tương đồng khác biệt phong cách thể lịch sự, văn hóa hai nhóm đối tượng Mục đích nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu Mục đích nghiên cứu Trên sở hệ thống quan điểm lý luận việc viết thư tín thương mại (TTTM), luận án phân tích làm sáng rõ chiến lược lịch (CLLS) sử dụng phần bước thư tín thương mại yêu cầu hồi đáp yêu cầu tiếng Anh người nói tiếng Anh ngữ người Việt viết Qua đó, luận án điểm tương đồng khác biệt việc sử dụng chiến lược lịch hai nhóm người viết hai loại thư này, đồng thời tìm cách luận giải điểm tương đồng khác biệt Nhiệm vụ nghiên cứu Để đạt mục đích trên, luận án tập trung giải nhiệm vụ sau: a Thống kê, phân tích phần bước kết cấu thư yêu cầu từ chối tiếng Anh người Anh/ Mỹ người Việt viết, miêu tả chiến lược lịch người ngữ người Việt sử dụng phần bước hai loại thư này; b Phân tích, đối chiếu giống nhau, khác việc sử dụng chiến lược lịch viết TTTM yêu cầu từ chối người nói tiếng Anh ngữ người Việt, tìm cách lý giải nét tương đồng, khác biệt Đối tượng phạm vi nghiên cứu 3.1 Đối tượng nghiên cứu Đối tượng nghiên cứu luận án tập hợp thư tín thương mại loại yêu cầu hồi đáp yêu cầu tiếng Anh người người Anh/ Mỹ người Việt viết Những thư tín thu thập từ công ty trình trao đổi liên lạc giao dịch thực tế 3.2 Phạm vi nghiên cứu Luận án nghiên cứu việc thể lịch thư yêu cầu hồi đáp yêu cầu người Anh/Mỹ người Việt Nam Có hai loại hồi đáp thư yêu cầu, hồi đáp tích cực, tức chấp thuận thực hành động yêu cầu, hồi đáp tiêu cực, tức từ chối thực yêu cầu Chúng nhận thấy rằng, trường hợp hồi đáp tiêu cực, nguy gây thể diện cao người viết người nhận, Is it possible to
