Kitchen and dining shall be also utilized for staff training  Food and beverage facilities  Seating area to be designed as a series of connected & contrasting spaces + seating configurations  The Staff Diner will operate from 06.00 am to 20.00 every day, with three meal periods  The menu will consist primarily of standard Vietnamese dishes, with some Chinese and Western alternatives  There necessary ancillary equipment This Sub-Contractor shall coordinate for all necessary equipment handling-over, taking delivery, and storage This Sub-contractor shall be responsible for all the installation, testing and commissioning to the complete satisfaction of CLIENT / ENGINEER Design, supply and installation, testing and commission of complete Main Entrance Intercom Access Control System The System shall include key pads, security controllers, electronic locks, door leaf to door frame connectors, magnetic door contacts, door release buttons, intercom equipment, control panels, power supply units, metallic flexible conduits, patch cords and cables, and other miscellaneous installations as described below These Works shall be fully commissioned, tested and handed over in running order and shall include, inter alias, the following, together with all necessary ancillary equipment All conduits on the non-secured side shall be concealed type This Sub-Contractor shall with Cable TV and equipment shall include satellite TV dish antenna for reception of satellite TV signals, satellite receivers, feed horn, low noise block converter, modulators with channel amplifier, digital/analogue set-top-boxes, encoders, decoders, multiplexers, IP QAMs, broadband fiber optics transmitters and receivers, UHF & AM/FM antenna, splitters, power supply unit, and other miscellaneous installations areas as described below Cable TV shall be provided for all units These Works shall be fully commissioned, tested and handed over in running order and shall include, inter alias, the following, together with all necessary ancillary equipment This Sub-Contractor shall coordinate for all necessary equipment handling-over, taking delivery, and storage This Sub-contractor shall be responsible for all the installation, testing and commissioning to the complete satisfaction of CLIENT / ENGINEER 10 Design, supply and installation of Smart Meter System (for control and monitoring of air conditioner, electricity (lighting and power supply) and washing machine/dryer) with Smart ID Cards The Smart Meter System shall be required for all units of the apartment, and laundry area The Devices (CLD) with card readers in the indoor common area of the Staff Village, Central Management Server (CMS) with management software installed, network connection cables between the Energy Controllers, the Credit Loading Devices and the Network Switch, and other miscellaneous items essential for the system The Energy Controllers shall support remote credit loading from the Credit Loading Devices through Ethernet connection Internal credits can be loaded to the Energy Controllers of dedicated air-conditioners, power supplies or washing machines/dryers by making payments with Smart ID Cards via the corresponding Credit Loading Devices The card readers shall be compatible to read the Smart ID Cards This Sub-contractor shall furnish all software and Smart ID Cards (minimum Smart ID Cards per unit) necessary for the operation of this System The software install in the Central Management Server shall allow operators to manage transaction logs, adjust the unit charges per wash or per power supply / air-condition operation period, etc This Sub-Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary interfacing with the air-conditioners, electricity/lighting/power supply systems, washing machines/dryers, and all meters and provisions required for the complete functioning of the Smart Meter System These Works shall be fully commissioned, tested and handed over in running order and shall include, inter alias, the following, together with all necessary ancillary equipment This Sub-Contractor shall coordinate for all necessary equipment handling-over, taking delivery, and storage This Sub-contractor shall be responsible for all the installation, testing and commissioning to the complete satisfaction of CLIENT / ENGINEER 11 Primary cable containment system (i.e main metal cable trunking) will generally be provided under the corresponding Electrical Contractor for field wirings from the ELV rooms to the corresponding plant rooms Other than the primary cable containment system, this Contractor shall provide all cable containment systems for the System This Contractor shall be required to provide his own cable containment systems, to the complete satisfaction and acceptance of the Architect / Main Contractor / Engineer, as and when required 12 The Contractor shall provide all conduit system, conduit outlet boxes, conduit junction boxes and accessories from the main metal trunking cable containment system (by the corresponding Electrical portion contractor) to all equipment 13 The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that the final installation is in full compliance with all requirements and regulations of relevant Government Authority The Contractor shall also be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, etc where applicable 14 The Contractor shall make good all damage and penetrations to walls, floor tiles, raise floors, ceilings and finishes incurred during the process of installing the Systems 15 The Works shall also fully comply with all statutory ordinances, regulations, standards, and codes of practice, circular letters relevant to the ELV installation together with any amendments made thereto as required by the relevant Authorities for the safe and proper operation of the Works 16 Provide all conduit systems for final cable connections of ELV System interfaces, the work PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF ground continuity connection works between metal trunking and the conduit systems 17 PVC conduits shall be provided unless GI conduits are required by the relevant Authorities, Government Departments, regulations, fire codes or otherwise specified in this Specification 18 The Contractor shall provide all necessary wirings and necessary cable containment, concealed conduits, trunkings, and accessories 19 The Contractor shall provide power supply to all system equipment from the ELV distribution boards/power outlets 20 All patch cord color shall be easily distinguished from other system and shall be approved by CLIENT / ENGINEER This Contractor shall liaise and coordinate with the Structured Cabling System Sub-Contractor for cable colour 21 All network equipment shall be approved by CLIENT / ENGINEER and coordinate with Client IT Department prior to manufacturing and installation 22 Mock up for any part of the installation as required by the Employer’s Representatives / Architect / Engineer 23 Provision of all software licenses for all software packages used in the System and free update of all software to the latest service and maintenance patches for the project during DLP shall be supplied and installed by the Contractor 24 Factory mock-up of the installation, with the corresponding Sub-Contractors for the door manufacturing of each type of door completed with all devices of the System Complete mock up installation report shall be submitted to CLIENT / ENGINEER for record and approval 25 All electrical installations shall be provided and installed in accordance with Local Electrical Requirements 26 Remove all temporary protection from the installed services, equipment and materials and proceed with all necessary reconditioning Take ownership of Client Supplied Equipment / Materials and to proceed with all necessary reconditioning; schedule of equipment to be handover 27 Testing, commissioning and set to work all installations and works provided by this Contract Provide attendance for interface items 28 Pre-installation mock up and demonstration of workmanship for approval before mass installation begins 29 Coordinate with the builder’s / Main Contractor, the internal Sub-Contractors and the Direct and /or Specialist Contractors to provide the coordinated engineering inputs in the production of co-ordinated Combined Services Installation Drawings (CSIDs) and Combined Builder’s Works Drawings (CBWDs) This Sub-contractor is responsible for providing drawing prints and obtaining approval of the CSIDs and CBWDs before actual commencement of works The submission and approval process should pace with the overall construction programme 30 Endeavor to maintain the effective and satisfactory coordination with the Main Contractor and other Design-and-Build Contract, Technical Specification for MEP Installations 31 Design, supply and install temporary hoisting/scaffolding and working platforms if those provided on site by the builder’s / Main Contractor are not suitable for the particular purpose 32 Provide submission schedules for drawings, samples, materials, design calculation, method statements, factory visit, FAT, SAT, material delivery and T&C procedures 33 Demonstrations and documentation as required by the Local Authorities and the third party inspector, as commissioned by the Employer to achieve the required Occupation Permit(s) 34 Submission of working and as-fitted drawings with CD-ROM under this contract 35 Provide design drawings, calculation, programme, samples, shop drawings and equipment/ material submissions 36 Coordination with other contractors, consultants and client’s representatives 37 Free maintenance of the installations under this Contract Works during the Defects Liability Period 38 Supply and delivery of spares and special tools to any designated location in Vietnam as advised by the Architect / engineer 39 The Works shall also fully comply with all statutory ordinances, regulations, standards etc, relevant to the above installation and systems together with any amendments made thereto as required by the relevant government authorities for the safe and proper operation of the Works This Contractor shall prepare and proceed for all submissions and allow for all costs relating to all statutory inspections and certificates and for sectional completion as appropriate and as necessary 40 Attend and coordinate for interfacing with the BMS Sub-Contractor as necessary to complete the works 41 Testing, commissioning and set to work all installations and works 42 Pre-installation mock up and demonstration of workmanship for approval before mass installation 43 Endeavor to maintain the effective and satisfactory coordination with the Main Contractor and other Sub-Contractors in respect of works scheduling and progress 44 Design, supply and installation of all provision for interfacing with other Sub-Contracts 45 Provide maintenance service for authority
