Cofico page 13/14 | 6.0.1 Transportation Cost of Material Provision of transportation cost for the Goods shall be borne by the parties as follows: a Supply of material – net selling price CPT seaport Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam b Freight costs to site, including all import taxes, handling charges and other custom duties to be borne by customer 7.0 COMPLIANCE WITH DOKA SPECIFICATION, DRAWING AND CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS Customer shall use the Goods in accordance with the technical instructions and comply fully with Doka’s approved Method Statement, drawings and manufacturer instructions provided by Doka 8.0 ENGINEERING DESIGN CHARGES Once the actual requirement of the site has been established Doka shall supply shop drawings as per price schedule Any additional drawings and calculations required or redesign of drawings due to structural changes or construction method changes shall be charged at EUR 75 per hour 9.0 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON JOB SITE DOKA recommends sending a qualified instructor to your job site to train your staff in the use of our formwork systems as well as to support the mounting week = days; Mo – Fr; 8hrs per day All air fares, transportation and accommodation to be borne by customer Overtime, Weekend days and Public Holidays, will be charged extra 10.0 CLIENT SITE STAFF The Customer shall appoint a supervisor and/or Customer authorized personnel who will be responsible for the joint inspection that shall be carried out between Doka and the Customer, once the formwork materials have been delivered to the jobsite, to check the actual quantity, and the delivery note shall be immediately signed and returned by the Customer’s authorized personnel to Doka 11.0 SAFETY Customer shall ensure that their workers comply and carry out their work in the use of system formwork equipment in accordance to the Doka Formwork Instructions and Procedures 12.0 BUY BACK CONDITIONS Doka is prepared to buy back the system standard components The respective maximum buy back values from date of delivery are stated in the pricing schedule For every additional month the buyback price shall be reduced by another 4% of the net selling price For the avoidance of doubt, the buyback formalities (including identification/evaluation of buyback able Doka standard parts) including arrival of buyback material at Doka (location to be confirmed at the time of the buyback) have to be fulfilled within the aforementioned period In addition, the buyback obligation shall only apply to undamaged, fully operable, clean formwork and shall be in line with the quality criteria for Doka rental formwork The Customer shall be in charge of return delivery to Doka The return transport costs and the risk of accidental loss of the formwork shall be borne by the Customer The Customer shall also be responsible for customs clearance Offer No.: 139-011738-Q01 -
