Choose the location of Supporting channel according to interval size in drawing - Using timber for connecting bolt easily ※ Be aware of Channel and Angle coupler hole to face bottom Assembly Install Main profile Use M12-120L - Fix Main profile(Middle) to Channel ※ Be aware direction of Main profile’s Top/Bottom Use M12-35L Assembly Connect Safety profile Use M12-35L - Connect Main profile(Middle) and Safety profile(Bottom) ※ Check Vertical Profile Use M12-35L Assembly Connect Extension profile Use M12-35L - Connect Main profile(Middle) and Extension profile(Top) - Using same method to connecting Top, Middle, Bottom Profile ※ Check Vertical Profile Use M12-35L Assembly Install Expended metal Detail of connecting U-Bolt - Connect Main profile to Expended metal - Connect bolts on Both end, bolt on middle ※ Check Vertical Profile Assembly Install Toe board - Connecting Expended metal and install Toe board simultaneously - It is difficult to connect in such narrow space after install Toe board - Due to no holes to fix on Profile, worker must punch holes at site Assembly Install Handrail Detail connected Lug pin - Install Handrail on Main profile - Install 14 Handrail, but additional piece can be welding if necessary ※ Check Vertical Profile Assembly Installation video Installation Preliminary check up for install 2) Check scaffoldings and other interferences have been removed ※ Rather dismantle scaffolding one at the time than dismantle all at same time When the project applied Post tension method, interference occur between the Supporting channel and PT wire Due to interference it need to install and lifting after completion of Stressing, so it need to adjust schedule with site manager 1) Final check up for Supporting shoe’s location and make sure it’s fixed ※ Need to check that Shoe is fixed in same position as drawing Be aware that worker often dismantle shoes without consent due to interference during Al-form setting Installation Install 3) Choose typical cage and sequence of install Install according to marked number and position The interval and location must be check with drawing and try to install exact position 4) Lifting by Tower Crane It need to be moved vertically for stability during tower lift The Supporting channel that install top of floor, installing lifting hook and using expended metal to able vertical lift Installation Connecting Supporting shoe 5) Fix Supporting shoe 6) Fix Supporting shoe 7) Final check up After lift by tower then completion of adjusting left and right side, fastened the Shoe with bolt Tightly fastened to avoid swing ※ Be aware that every installation need to be check verticality and interval between Shoe and Channel Once completion of bolt fastened, following bolt in bottom need to be fastened to support Channel The interval between extended metal is about 100mm, and check Supporting channel not Profile ( The interval may differ per project, must check with drawing ) Verify the verticality and once install is complete, remove cage from Tower Crane Installation Installation video  ... the Supporting shoe and cage Material explanation < Anchor unit Part > 1 Anchor unit To connect Slab type Embedded anchor and Supporting shoe Supporting shoe To support Cage s Supporting channel...
