People tell us what clothes to wear That's weird Fashion stores tell us what is "in" this summer or this winter People then buy the same clothes and look like everyone else because they want to feel trendy The thing is, fashion is about being an individual, but then we all wear clothes that are the same as everyone else's! Keeping up with fashion is expensive these days Everyone is into brand fashion Have you seen how much the most fashionable sneakers are? How can kids afford those? The craziest fashion is the luxury brands People spend a month's salary, or more, on a handbag or watch That's crazy 3 WEDDING CLOTHES The trend of wearing an all white wedding dress dates back to royalty of Victorian times Before that, brides wore their best dress The color and materials of the dress varied depending on a woman's social status In the western countries people have the ground rules for dressing for a wedding Rule number one: Don't ever, ever wear white to a wedding Rule number two: Always be respectful to religious affiliations Rule number three: You can wear black to a wedding—it's not off-limits In Vietnam, people can wear everything that they like Woman is usually wear ao dai or skirt And Men's wear is very polite, they are usually wear shirt and dress pants and sure that the oxfords or loafers are indispensable 4 FUNERAL Men should avoid wearing jeans, short-sleeved shirts, athletic shoes, and baseball caps Appropriate outfits for men to wear to a funeral include a pants (not jeans) and a collared, shoes or loafers (not sneakers) Women should avoid wearing overly casual, festive, or revealing clothing Appropriate outfits for women to wear to a funeral include a skirt of appropriate length (not a mini skirt) or pants (not jeans) and a top with sleeves, shoes (not sneakers and slippers) In some regions, religions, and cultures, women may wear hats to funerals WORKING ENVIRONMENT When it comes to dressing for work, there’s no such thing as one size fits all Remember to dress for the company that is paying your salary, avoiding clothes that clash with your corporate culture The key differentiators of business attire in a casual workplace include allowing employees to wear jeans, shorts, and athletic shoes daily Additionally, clothing items such as t-shirts, sandals, and very informal pants and shirts are allowed 5 CONCLUSION In conclusion we see that fashion can be found anywhere It’s in the streets, schools, art work and in literature It is something we can never escaped As a lover of fashion I am glad fashion can be found anywhere So in case I need a quick outfit I know I have a hundred places to go .. .1 COMMENTS Lecturer 1:
