ABSTRACT

1 The significance of the thesis

The morality of the officers in general and that of the military staff in particular plays an important role in his personality However, the evolutionary morality of an officer is not natural, but undergoes the process

of self-reliant, permanent, long-term, arduous practice and education of the party committee and organization

The military logistics staff is a force that plays an important role in the quality and efficiency of the logistics of the military in the direct management of the logistics facilities and finance; To organization the creation of resources, to ensure the forces, materials and means of logistics for the training tasks, combat readiness, combat and work of the units in the army; the organization of the management, education, training, fostering and development of the logistics staff at all levels; caring for health of the military

On the basis of clarifying theoretical and practical issues on education and training of evolutionary morality tithe military logistics staff of the People's Army of Vietnam in the current period, the thesis proposes directions and major solutions to improve the education and training, training

of Vietnam to 2030
