systematization, generalization, logic and synthesis are applied in Chapter Statistical methods, synthesis, comparison, control of chapter Group discussion method, system thinking and based on the viewpoint ofthe author propose solutions Chapter Research findings NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 Theprocedureofimporting full container loaded cargoes at Asian Dragon Logistics company Situation and solutions to complete theprocedureofimporting full container loaded cargoes at Asian Dragon Logistics company NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 CHAPTER LITERATURE REVIEW 1.1 Freight Forwarding activities 1.1.1 The definition of Freight Forwarding 1.1.1.1 Freight Forwarding service According to the unified rules of service delivery personnel of international federations of International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (FIATA): “Freight Forwarding is any service related to the transportation, consolidation, storage, loading, unloading, packaging or distribution of goods as well as ancillary services and consultancy relating to the provision of services This includes, but is not limited to, customs or financial matters, the declaration of goods for official purposes, the purchase of insurance for goods and the collection of money or the making of documents relating to the goods.” Therefore, basically, freight forwarding is a collection of jobs related to the transport process that involves moving goods from the shipping place (the shipper) to the place of receipt (the consignee) The concept of logistics services is broader, and it has an impact from the pre-production stage until the goods arrive at the hands ofthe end consumer According to this concept, logistics services involve both the importation of raw materials and fuels as inputs to the production process, the production of goods and the distribution and distribution channels to reach the end-users This definition of logistics services contributes to a clear distinction between individual service providers such as transportation, delivery, customs, distribution, manufacturing support, With a professional logistics service provider, we take on the whole process of forming and delivering to the end consumer Freight forwarding is part of logistics Professional logistics service providers require a solid professional expertise to provide a "package" service to manufacturers This is a highly specialized job 1.1.1.2 Forwarder A person who businesses freight forwarding service is called Forwarder or Freight Forwarding Agent The forwarder may be the owner, ship owner, loading and unloading company or warehouse, professional forwarder or any other person who has registered for the forwarding business Chau (2008) argues that "a forwarder is a worrier for the goods to be transported under a fiduciary contract and acting in the interest ofthe fiduciary but himself is not the ferryman The forwarder also undertakes all work related to forwarding contracts such as: storage, warehousing, transshipment, customs clearance, inspection "(Chau, 2010, p 03) NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 In the beginning, the freight forwarder usually only acts as an agent performing some tasks entrusted by importers such as loading and unloading, warehousing, consolidation, paperwork, transportation Domestic, procedures for payment of goods Currently, not only does the forwarder perform customs procedures, but he/she also provides a full service package on the whole process of transportation and distribution of goods 1.1.2 Classification 1.1.2.1 Classification according to delivery criteria First-party logistics: The owner ofthe goods himself organizes and carries out the delivery and delivery activities to meet his own needs In this form, the owner must invest in means of transport, warehousing, labor First-party delivery increases the size ofthe business and often reduces business efficiency because the business is not sufficient The necessary tissue, experience and technical skills complete all steps to achieve the absolute quality in forwarding operations Second-party logistics: The second-party logistics provider is a service provider for a single activity in the chain of forwarding operations (transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, etc.) to meet Needs ofthe owner This category includes: shipping, road, air, shipping companies, customs document… Third-party logistics: is the person on behalf ofthe owner ofthe goods that manages and carries out delivery activities for each functional department, for example, on behalf ofthe consignor carrying out the export and transit procedures On or on behalf ofthe importer clearing and shipping goods to the destination to the regulation Therefore, the third party delivery includes a variety of services, incorporating the rotation, storage of goods Transport, and integrated into the supply chain of customers Fourth-party logistics: the integrator or the integrator, associating their resources, potentials, and technical and scientific facilities with other organizations to carry out, build and operate the solutions Delivery activities Fourth-party forwarding is aimed at forwarding management, merchandising management from the place of production, entry and exit formalities, delivery to the final destination 1.1.2.2 Classification according to commodity criteria Fast consumer goods delivery is the delivery process of short-term consumer goods such as clothing, footwear, food… Automotive industry logistics is the delivery process for the automotive industry Chemical delivery is a forwarding activity serving the chemical industry, including hazardous and dangerous goods NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 Electronic freight forwarding Petroleum Freight Forwarding 1.1.2.3 Classification according to transportation criteria 1.1.2.3.1 Water transport Water transport includes inland water transport (traffic on rivers, lakes, canals), long shore transport and transportation on the sea, ocean Water transport has the advantage of being cheaply transported due to the large volume of transportation, with specialized fleets, and partly built by nature Waterway transportation is particularly important for North and Central Europe, as it is blessed with an intricate network of rivers, combined with the perfect man-made port system, the ship Rafts can easily reach large population centers 1.1.2.3.2 Road transport Roads are a popular mode of transport, providing reliable, fast and reliable transportation This method is particularly popular for the transportation of goods such as children's toys, watches, candy, agricultural products, dairy products The salient advantage of this approach is high flexibility, which can provide door-to-door services quite effectively, especially in the United States, where modern roads and facilities are thriving According to Info TV statistics, by the end of 2012, the volume of goods transported by road has increased steadily over the years This mode of transportation is an important part of being able to meet the needs of customers at relatively cheap prices (Customs, 2013) 1.1.2.3.3 Railways transport Rail transport is less flexible than road transport Trains can not provide service to any location at the request ofthe customer as it is not possible for people to install rails and to build terminals and facilities As well as modes of air transport, waterways, pipelines, railways can only transport goods from one station to the other And despite improvements, the speed of train travel is still slower than road vehicles (except for the TGV high speed train of France at 300 km / h) In addition, trains often arrive on a fixed schedule, and the frequency with which they operate is not high and is certainly not flexible, easy, fast or anytime anywhere Because of such disadvantages, although the freight rates are relatively low, railways are still less applicable 1.1.2.3.4 Air transport In stark contrast to waterway transport, air transport is only suitable for goods with small volume but high value, especially goods that need to be NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 transported in short time such as rare goods, vegetables Fruits, fresh food, fashion items, special goods Often, customers will choose this method when there is no other way, because ofthe following reasons: the freight is too high, theprocedure is complicated, it requires a lot of paperwork and certification, and it cannot provide door-to-door service, but only from port to port Despite the weaknesses mentioned above, airfreight in the necessary cases is still used because of two major advantages: the speed of transportation is very fast and the safety is very high 1.1.2.3.5 Pipelines transport This is a specialized mode of transportation, just to transport items such as gas, dry oil, clean water, chemicals or peat Pipeline transportation provides customers with very high levels of service at an acceptable cost In this method the product is delivered on time because the product flow through the pipe is controlled and controlled by the computer, so that labor costs are cut It rarely loses or damages and is unaffected by the weather when the goods are transported in the tube 1.1.2.3.6 Multimodal transport Multimodal Transport, or Combined Transport, is a method of transport that combines two or more modes of transport to transport goods between two or more countries on the basis of one Multi-modal transportation contract 1.1.3 The role of freight forwarding Freight forwarding contributes a part of added value to products and services First of all, the delivery meets the requirements ofthe customer in terms of location: the product is only valid when it reaches the consumer, if it is transported to the right place; it means the value ofthe goods increased At the same time, it also meets the need for time, the choice of transport means of delivery and delivery will decide whether the goods arrive in time or not Value added is the fact that customers get services or products in the right place at the right time In addition, forwarding plays a particularly important role, as the cost of forwarding accounts for a growing proportion Therefore, delivery and delivery will directly affect the business performance and competitiveness of enterprises in the market Because of forwarding is so important, administrators are not only concerned with the cost of delivery of their organization, but also about the cost of delivery ofthe competitor as this cost has a major impact to the competitiveness ofthe two organizations Freight forwarding is an indispensable activity in every organization In each industry the cost of high or low delivery varies But whether high or low cost of delivery is an indispensable cost Even without considering cost, delivery still plays NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 a very important role If materials cannot be provided in the right place at the right time, production will be interrupted, cannot be carried out continuously, resulting in serious consequences 1.2 Freight forwarding ofimporting full container loaded cargoes in Vietnam 1.2.1 History At the beginning, the forwarding was only domestic The task of forwarding now is to clear customs clearance for imported goods as a Customs Broker Then, the forwarding operation expands to either export or import goods depending on the purchase activity On the basis of state authorization, forwarding may be on behalf ofthe exporter or importer to declare and carry out customs procedures as a customs broker Previously, forwarder did not take on the responsibility ofthe carrier Forwarding is just a bridge between the shipper and the carrier The forwarder receives another commission from the shippers or from the carrier to carry out various tasks such as receiving goods, delivering goods, making documentation, customs procedures on the basis ofthe trust contract In Europe, forwarders have provided consolidation services for ocean freight Particularly in containerized freight, consolidation services are indispensable to turn less than container load (LCLs) into full container load (FCLs) to take advantage of container carrying capacity, capacity and reduce shipping costs 1.2.2 Nowadays Until today, imports ofFCL in our country today are increasing Particularly in 2013, FCL imports increased sharply; due to the governments reform policy on preferential import duty as follows: Reducing the import tax rate of 214 tariff lines, with an average tax cut of 2.85 percent, such as: Salmon: group 0302; Frozen fish: group 0303 Avocado: group 0405 Processed fish: group1604 Potato: group 2004 Alcohol: group 2208 Drugs: group 3004 Make-up preparations: group 3304 NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 Thanks to the reduction of import tax, domestic enterprises are stepping up importing more, while theimportingofFCLcargoes has a large proportion compared to LCL The highlight of this policy is the reduction of import tariffs on technology goods such as laptops, telephones which help expand the Vietnamese customer base, enabling more people to have access to information technology and avoid the backward situation compared to the age FCL imported makes the goods easier to manage The goods will be in the same product, the same product characteristics, quality, and convenience for forwarders in all aspects: arranging, shipping, customs clearance Based on the current situation it will grow not only in 2013, but also in the next years 1.2.3 The role ofimportingFCLcargoes Freight forwarding ofimportingFCLcargoes has a great impact on the delivery and delivery, it helps the delivery and delivery of goods fulfilled their task: providing full, accurate, timely materials For domestic production Importing and exporting ofFCLcargoes are a part of logistics, which is part of logistics Therefore, it also plays a very important role It builds a strategy for delivering, receiving goods in a scientific and reasonable way, identifying the specific shipping route, and the appropriate shipping carrier In addition, the delivery of goods to the container area to promote, urge and control the goods during the process of delivery more tightly, avoiding the loss of goods loss, withdrawal of transportation time 1.2.4 Factors affects to the forwarding of imported FCLcargoes 1.2.4.1 Policies, laws in domestic and international This is very important directly affect the delivery of imported FCL cargoes, which obliges the parties to comply unconditionally Because it demonstrates the Party's will to lead in a country, the universal unity ofthe world, protects the interests of countries around the world The development of freight forwarding services is directly influenced by the development of international trade Meanwhile, international trade depends a lot on the political and legal elements of each country These factors can facilitate or difficult for import forwarding services When a country has a stable political environment, it will create trust for foreign and domestic investors and foreigners, and a clear and transparent legal system in line with international law will increase the exchange rate between countries From there, it increases the amount of freight forwarder and vice versa With regard to customs policy, previously, the customs will help the customs owner clear the customs declaration, but now the responsibility for the declaration is with the goods owner This helps the customs tax evolve so well, that the expert NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 10 on the signature ofthe chief accountant, accountant and the bank's seal, this document is evidence that the enterprise has paid the money The bank will return this form to the forwarder The forwarder pays the payment slip to the regional customs office, submits it to the enforcement department together with the search ofthe coercive list on the declaration, which, if considered valid, will be cleared by the customs authority The receipt is forcible clearance The forwarder holds the receipt on the customs clearance application file and returns the file to the customs office at the registration office to proceed with the customs clearance process After receiving the dossier, check the dossier with no problems, sign and seal the name and surname in the upper right corner ofthe declaration in the box: "cadre of registration" seals all of dossier, each voucher has a seal To facilitate the work of customs registrations as well as facilitate businesses to get receipts, this seal work helps closing and marking numbers and counting how many sheets, Total number of sheets in the item: Total number of sheets on two receipt cards Marking is as follows: is a referral, 2, 3, 4, 2, 3, 4, etc., are two, two, two, or not In order, the delivery agent registers the check-in date in the item "goods inspected by the goods inspector" on the receipt ofthe dossier and tracks the time for customs procedures, signs and returns the dossier to the receptionist Step 6: The customs officer will stamp the receipt ofthe full name and signature, return the declaration number and return it to the forwarder The forwarder arrives at the checklist to find out which inspectors will carry out the inspection ofthe shipment, the customs department to publicize the numbers of inspectors to contact the inspectors Step 7: While waiting for the department leaders to assign inspectors, the deliverers go to the customs offices to supervise the yards or the customs offices to compare the orders The purpose is to determine the goods lots to be acquired at the yards; the repository is based on the manifest that the ship has given to the port avoided when the data on the manifest and on the D/O not match This comparison is done by the customs officer on the internal information network Before putting D/O into the collation, the freight forwarder should write to D/O the company name, declaration number, type and place of registration ofthe declaration form After the customs supervision ofthe yard is completed, the square will be stamped "Contrasted" with the date on D/O Step 8: Continue the forwarder to find the shipment to import to inspect the goods to inspect the goods NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 27 For FCL cargoes, the forwarder goes to the container yard to find out where the container is located If the container is on high, or on the ground, the container cannot be opened for inspection Forwarder to the D / O submission room, request to lower the container for inspection and ask the moderator to seal "seal cut" Step 9: After knowing the location ofthe goods outside the container yard - it was possible to open the container easily, the freight forwarder contacted the inspector (two people), led the inspector to the position to check For cargo, FCL cargo is taken to the container yard When the inspecting customs has arrived at the cargo place, for FCL goods, the forwarder must find the seal cutting team, submit the sealed D / O, check goods Seal cut jobs can take place before customs checks out to the container, or occurs as soon as the inspector is in front ofthe container, at the discretion ofthe inspector After the container has opened, the inspector begins to inspect the cargo The inspector will check the name, quantity, condition ofthe goods (new 100% or used, damaged or not) as stated in the declaration or not Step 10: When the inspector does not clearly identify the name ofthe goods, the purpose of use ofthe lot, for example: As part ofthe complete equipment, the inspector will issue the assessment form The purpose is to require the inspection agency, as a third party, to independently verify the name ofthe goods whether the goods are part ofthe equipment or not, etc., depending on the requirements of inspection The question that needs to be examined in the assessment inquiry will be different The inspecting body will be appointed by the inspector in the assessment request form, but the forwarder may agree with the inspector to select the inspection agency at his own discretion The forwarder signing the assessment slip, the inspector shall also sign it, and then the lead inspector shall give the deputy or captain his signature In the end, the department leader approves the contents ofthe assessment form Step 11: At this time, the inspector will give back to the check forwarder The forwarder holds this slip together with the goods owner's request for inspection to the assessor ofthe assessment agency as mentioned in the assessment request form A dossier of goods owner's inspection request (usually for goods being synchronous equipment) comprises: - Request for assessment - original - Packing list - copy - Bill of lading - copy NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 28 - Commercial invoice - copy Step 12: The assessor shall receive and sign the document of receipt and receipt of documents presented by the forwarder as proof that the documents have been delivered At the same time the assessor will issue a "receipt ofthe request for inspection" to the forwarder Step 13: The forwarder takes the request for assessment together with the application for goods clearance while waiting for the results ofthe assessment to be submitted to the inspector, and then the forwarder should contact the assessor to obtain the assessment certificate and submit to the inspector After obtaining the assessment certificate, the slip of request for assessment, the request for assessment, the application for goods clearance awaiting inspection results, the inspector shall fill in the inspection results in the declaration form Two inspectors will sign and seal the name and surname at the test results Steps 14, 15: The dossier will be transferred to the tax team for re-tax calculation and tax notification, usually subject to special consumption tax, value added tax and import tax, depending on the type of import goods On taxable or non-taxable basis that tax reimbursement and tax notices are available or not Step 16: Finally, the dossier will be transferred to the head ofthe department for checking the dossier Step 17: The consignee submits a receipt at the declaration department to get the customs clearance declaration, pay the customs fees and taxes (if there is a tax, the tax can be paid immediately if the goods are non-tradable or closed later 30 days from the date of tax notice if the goods are imported under the contract of sale) received customs declaration Forwarders should be prepared to pick up the goods delivered to the recipient Step 18: Then the forwarder go to the shipping agent (usually in the port and the ICD) submits a D/O, requesting full container or removal container at the yard, shipping agent will collect the container , Bill receipts of about 400,000 VND / 20 'container and about 1,200,000 VND / 40' container and stamp on the D / O as "full container" or "bowel in the yard" and the sign ofthe carrier, pay the bet and keep the bet Step 19: Forwarders bring these D/Os to the sales department, submit D/O applications at the yards or bring containers back The sales department collects and NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 29 invoices the tax code and business name on the invoice ofthe delivery company If the company brings the container, then invoice the container forwarding, pick up the container delivery Steps 20, 21, 22, 23: Forwarder delivers the receipts that the business department issues to the dispatcher to get the workers' mails From the transfer slip, forwarder contacted the forklift captain mentioned in the ballot slip, handed out the slip, the team captain lifted the forklift, the forwarder led the forklift truck to the container yard to take the container to take or take the bowel at the yard, proceed to loading the car Step 24: Once the goods have been shipped, forwarder write a trucking bill, sends the owner two copies, the other one is kept by the forwarder Step 25: Depending on the port or ICD container cleaning fee will be collected or not collected by the sales department, if the sales department has to collect the bowel at the yard, the forwarder does not need to search for the lift team leader to confirm container is clean, vice versa, must confirm the container is clean, of course at this time if the container is dirty, the forwarder must proceed to clean the container, if the container is returned, this step is not required Step 26: When the container is brought back, the forwarding agent will take the container delivery, declaration, D / O to the port customs clearance procedures After that, the customs office will seal the delivery note and return it to the forwarder, the forwarder will send the ticket to the driver to show to the customs office at the gate, so the car will be allowed to go out Step 27: For the truck to the place of delivery requested by the addressee, submit a trucking bill to the owner ofthe goods, two copies of which the owner has kept a copy for the owner, hold back to submit to the forwarder Step 28: Forwarder should make a record of delivery with the receiver, two copies ofthe same content, each signed and kept one copy Step 29: If the container is brought back after unloading at the place of delivery requested by the consignee, the forwarder for the empty container van will return to the place where the ballot is mentioned Lower the empty container for the container payer, which will retain the empty coupon, receive the empty amount and will reissue a slip showing the container status For example: clean, well, no damage, etc NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 30 Step 30: The forwarder holds this slip along with the box office repossession ofthe shipping carrier to receive back the container bet Step 31: After that, you need to submit to the head ofthe forwarding department for the transaction Often, in addition to the legal costs of invoicing receipts, there are also extra charges, all of which are paid by the seller to the forwarder 2.2 Evaluation oftheprocedureofimportingFCLcargoes at Asian Dragon Logistic Company 2.2.1 Achievements TheprocedureofimportingFCLcargoes has achieved many encouraging achievements over year, such as the turnover of 2016 reached 706.14 million Commodities for FCLcargoes are increasingly diversified; the proportion of revenue from the delivery of raw materials is increasingly occupying the majority ofthe company's revenue Export processing zones in Vietnam to countries such as China, South Korea, the United States, Europe, the mode of transportation is increasingly rich Up to now, Asian Dragon Logistics company has been acting as agent for many shipping lines such as China Shipping, K- Line, Wan Hai, Hanjin, NYK, APL, RCL, ZIM In addition, the company has been acting as agent for many Forwarders and Logistics companies in various countries Competitors ofthe company are forwarding companies across the country Although the company has to compete fiercely on price, freight and transport quality with these companies but the company has confirmed itself while still exist and increasingly create trust in customers 2.2.2 Weakness First of all, we talk about the status of delivery of imported FCLcargoes at Asian Dragon Logistics Company Orders ofthe company is very few The delivery and delivery ofFCLcargoes in the company is still seasonal Seasonality shown in the shipping season, delivery is too large, not work But when the season is down, the volume of goods is reduced, so work is less As for the staff, the actual staff sticking is the core, the internal force for the company very little Employees are theoretically 20 employees but in fact loyal employees, stick with the company only 16, the rest are collaborators from outside NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 31 ofthe company In the past few months the company has recruited more employees, but the experience is still very young There is no investment in warehouses, container trailers, trucks everything is rented to third parties Usually the amount of money on the container in a number of shipping lines is pretty much as K Line is usually million per container if the cargo consists of several dozen containers or more The advances to the forwarders are often not enough, resulting in many goods getting stuck in the cashier's lack of money to handle, increasing the charge for storing containers at unnecessary yards, delaying the loading time for customers CHAPTER RECOMMENDATION TO COMPLETE THEPROCEDUREOFIMPORTINGFCLCARGOES AT ASIAN DRAGON LOGISTICS COMPANY 3.1 Basic, point of view to propose recommendation 3.1.1 The basis for proposing solutions NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 32 Based on the current status oftheprocedureofimportingFCLcargoes at Asian Dragon Logistics Company, we see the delivery at the company has many problems as follows: First: The forwarding activities of imported FCLcargoes at Asian Dragon Logistics Company is still seasonal Seasonality shown in the shipping season, delivery is too large, not work But when the season is down, the volume of goods is reduced, so work is less Most ofthe time is usually mid-year (from June to August) and the last few months (Christmas, New Year) The remaining months of delivery are often difficult This seasonality makes delivery activities in the company unstable, monthly income uneven It is easy to directly affect the delivery and receipts in this field Second: Lack of forwarders During the time many freight forwarders had to many cargoes at the same time The employee must follow the shipment from start to finish, from arrival until delivery to the customer They often feel very tired, resulting in inefficient working day Not to mention, if customers are companies, enterprises located in distant industrial parks with office locations, the requirement to travel a lot also has many negative effects on the health ofthe forwarder It does not take into account the need to go round if there is anything wrong in the document or ask for the customer's seal Third: No investment ofthe company for warehouses, yards, containers, or container trucks When there are customers the company is just an intermediary Then they have to hire another third party to their work Fourth: The company does not currently have ECUS software installed Currently the company does not have ECUS software All are rented out Even though the company employs experienced people to the job, the person who rents it can divide the green and yellow stream into the company's goods for delivery But for good products that are sure to be green, the company should it themselves, although this is not a very low cost source But if waste continues to be wasted, the total cost of electronic filing at the end ofthe year is very much Fifth: the advances to the forwarders are just enough or short, if there are circumstances beyond the control ofthe delivery staff, how to handle Normally, the amount of money bet on container in some shipping lines is pretty much as KLine is usually million per container If the package includes a few dozen containers or more, the cash advance for the delivery staff is often not enough to result in multiple shipments being stuck; The deliverer lacks the money to process the shipment, which increases the container storage charge at unnecessary yards, delaying the time it takes for the customer NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 33 Sixth: Many cases because customers are familiar, so the company does not get advance to go to get the goods Customers for some reason without taking goods lead to delaying payment of shipping costs for the company, stagnant capital ofthe company Seventh: If the document is faulty even if it is a mistake, the customs office must also return it The deliverer must bring the company's dossier back to the enterprise and wait for the enterprise to correct it After that, the forwarder will be allowed to continue working which will take time and cost a lot of money Eighth: customs clearance procedures in the port, very time consuming, bureaucracy, public bribery Customs procedures in Vietnam are too complicated, wasting a lot of time wasted by the people Ninth: New forwarders are not well-trained in the field In recent months, some new entrants have not been able to handle a number of free shipping carriers That still pays the cost ofthe container as the refund period for the container is quite long This reduces the mobility of capital used Therefore, solutions are needed to improve theprocedureofimportingFCLcargoes at Asian Dragon Logistics Company 3.1.2 Viewpoints to propose solutions Forwarding is the driving force behind the development ofthe economy, society, especially the development of domestic trade, import and export, supply and distribution of goods and services to meet the needs of consumers Promote and realize the delivery process has practical significance in the restructuring ofthe economy today Reducing the cost of delivery in Vietnam's GDP structure is an important contribution to successful implementation ofthe socio-economic orientation Forwarding services to package services is a strategy to develop our forwarding market on a par with the region and the world The direction and active support ofthe government and relevant departments are needed Developing forwarding applying information technology along with ecommerce is the trend ofthe times 3.2 Recommendation Through the assessment ofthe status and process ofimportingFCLcargoes at Asian Dragon Logistics Company, I proposed solutions to solve the problems that exist in the company 3.2.1 Solution 1: Improve business processes, improve service quality and build business strategies to improve theprocedureofimportingFCLcargoes in the company NguyenThiThuyDuong – GMA03-03 34 Target - Attract more customers - Perfect brand ofthe company - Create trust in customers - Make a difference; raise the competitiveness ofthe company compared with other forwarders - Achieve service price advantage How to perform: Step 1: The first step in improving service quality is major business improvement and service diversification The company needs to answer the following
