The Contractor shall perform construction technical measures under the current construction regulations and standards of Vietnam (TCVN) Construction according to the approved design documents, meet the design requirements for quality, technical, aesthetic and labor, fire protection safety - Comply with current construction procedures, rules for acceptance and Decree 209/2004/ND-CP dated 16/12/2004 of the Government on management of construction quality, Decree 49 / 2008/ND-CP dated 18/04/2008, amending and supplementing some articles of Decree 2009/2004/ND-CP - The underground parts must be accepted and made complete construction drawings before obscuring - Equipment and materials must be in right type and have a clear origin and record - The materials used for construction must be accepted supervisor, investor for categories and models, before rallying in the site I.4 Requirements for work procerdures for site construction and installation - The Contractor shall perform construction technical measures in accordance with the current regulations and construction standards of Vietnam (TCVN) Constructing according to the approved design documents, design requirement Meet the quality, technical, aesthetic and safety demand - Comply the procedures and regulations on acceptance of construction, according to Decree 209/2004/ND-CP dated 16/12/2004 of the Government on construction quality management, Decree 49/2008/ND- CP dated 18/04/2008, amending and supplementing some articles of Decree 2009/2004/ND-CP I.5 Methods for mobilization of people and equipment for site construction - The underground work should be accepted and made finishing drawing before hiding - Equipment and materials must be right type and origin, a clear history - The materials used for construction must be accepted by investor and supervising consultant for categories, models, before gathering in the works I.6 Requirements for systems of checking and ensuring quality of contractors - During the performance of the contract, apart from complying with the requirements stated in the specifications, the Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Decree 209/2004/ND-CP dated 16/12/2004 of the Goverment on construction quality management and comply with TCXD of Vietnam, Decree No 49/2008/ND-CP dated 18/04/2008 amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No 209 / 2004/ND-CP + Acceptance must be done in the follwing order: internal acceptance between the manufacturing group and construction team, the construction team and the company Monitoring the work quality: - The contractor is solely responsible for the technical solutions for constructing works and safety for humans, surrounding works, sanitation during the construction - The contractor must have technical staff to regularly monitor and inspect construction quality All of the tests at the scene of the contractors are written to the construction log (material testing, accepting records, etc ) - Supervisor, the investor may request the contractor to handle, to destruct or to reconstruct the items that apeare not guarantee the quality of the design regulations In this case, the Contractor shall bear all costs related to the destruction and re-construction according to design requirements 10 - Veneering glazed tile: + Every single unit must have the same color and size, the glaze must be thick enough and cover entire tile’s surface + If we press orthogonally the surfaces together, the edge of the tile must be 45 bevelled  Painting: Before painting, following works must be finished: - Finish roofing - Finish installing water proof layers - Finish installing technical systems (water supply and drainage system, electric wire line, air pipes, other underground components) - Finish installing doors - Finish parenting and veneering - Don’t paint any unit that has moisture level over allowed level - Unit’s surface before painting must be cleaned, and treated to meet required flat and smooth level - Paint must be packed carefully, and sealed by original producer When the package is damaged or the paint has lost the label, or ecru doubt on its quality, necessary inspection must be taken before using Do the painting layer by layer following the design and the work need to be approved Only paint the next layer after having the approval from supervisor The painting surface must have the same color, be smooth, not reveal the primer, and follow the design Painting on steel (steel door, decorated iron detail on window ): - Clean caulked-waste - Paint rustic inhibiting paint - Paint prime paint - Finalize painting following the design Paint on wall: - Grout or trowel layer must be dry enough - Paint prime paint - Finalize painting following the design IX WATERPROOFING WORKS IX.1 Document requirements: Waterproofing works must follow Vietnam standard 5718: 1993: “roof and reinforced concrete floor plank in construction – waterproofing requirements” In addition, the works must also follow these below requirements: - Concrete for the roof is castled in order to test its strength and the ability of waterproofing before construction - Contractor must provide prototypes and catalogue of waterproof materials including serial number, specifications, and constructing guide of producer for investor, and reviewed design All construction must follow approved guidance 40 IX.2 Work requirements: Materials’ quality: - Concrete materials must follow Vietnam standard 1770: 1986 and Vietnam standard 1771: 1986 - When admixture is needed, contractor must provide detail explanation for approval from investor - Waterproof materials must be those listed in Index in the design -
