hóa, nhận điện tử PPy, giảm số lượng liên kết C=C, tăng chuyển đổi lên trạng thái polaron, bipolaron, tăng nồng độ lỗ trống, tăng khả dẫn điện vật liệu nanocomposite Tiếp xúc PPy TiO2 gây chuyển dịch điện tử sang vùng dẫn TiO2 tăng cường lỗ trống vùng HOMO PPy, tăng khả dẫn điện vật liệu nanocomposite Độ dẫn điện vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 thay đổi tiếp xúc với oxy: Độ biến đổi độ dẫn vật liệu có giá trị 1700 % với 32 % TiO2 rutile, 2000 % với 11 % TiO2 anatase Độ dẫn vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 tăng chiếu xạ tử ngoại: Sau 12h chiếu tia tử ngoại độ dẫn nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 (19 % TiO2) tăng so với độ dẫn ban đầu 260 % Độ dẫn nhiệt vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 tăng nhiệt độ tăng khoảng 30130 oC độ dẫn nhiệt vật liệu lai tạp với 14 % TiO2 có tăng nhanh nhất, có khả phát triển ứng dụng làm vật liệu keo tản nhiệt 108 KẾT LUẬN VÀ KIẾN NGHỊ Bằng phương pháp nhiệt thủy phân TiCl4 nhiệt độ 80 oC môi trường axit HCl hạt nano TiO2 dạng anatase rutile tạo thành dung dịch Bằng cách thay đổi nồng độ HCl thời gian cất giữ dung dịch, ta tách pha anatase rutile với độ tinh khiết cao phần huyền phù phần kết tủa dung dịch: - Theo thời gian, tỷ lệ pha anatase tăng dần phần huyền phù, tỷ lệ pha rutile tăng dần phần kết tủa; sau tháng thu TiO2 anatase phần huyền phù, rutile phần kết tủa; - Pha anatase hạt nano kích thước cỡ 211 nm, pha rutile nano có chiều rộng 1220 nm, chiều dài khoảng 30 nm; - Nồng độ HCl 0,01,0 M dung môi ảnh hưởng tới phân tách pha anatase rutile Với nồng độ HCl 0,7 M cho phân tách nhanh hơn; - Trong trình tổng hợp vật liệu TiO2 hình thành pha chuyển pha anatase sang rutile xác định phụ thuộc vào kích thước hạt:  Các hạt nano TiO2 pha anatase có kích thước vài nm liên kết với theo mặt phẳng mạng (101) hình thành hạt kích thước lớn hơn;  Khi tới kích thước ~12 nm có xếp lại cấu trúc, chuyển pha anataserutile; chiều dài định hướng phát triển TiO2 pha rutile theo mặt phẳng mạng (110) Đã chế tạo vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 cách polyme hóa PPy mơi trường có vật liệu nano TiO2 anatase rutile, tương tác nano TiO2 làm thay đổi trạng thái polaron bipolaron PPy, tăng nồng độ lỗ trống, tăng khả dẫn điện vật liệu Cấu trúc tùy thuộc vào pha TiO2: - Vật liệu nanocomposite lai tạp anatase chế tạo có hạt nano TiO2 25 nm bám lên bề mặt PPy; - Vật liệu nanocomposite lai tạp rutile chế tạo có cấu trúc PPy bọc bên TiO2 tạo nên cấu trúc vỏ-lõi Các kết phân tích đặc trưng điện, quang điện hóa vật liệu cho thấy khả ứng dụng vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2: - Độ dẫn vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 thay đổi mạnh tiếp xúc với khí oxy cho thấy khả ứng dụng làm cảm biến khí oxy điều kiện nhiệt độ phòng:  Độ dẫn vật liệu PPy tăng có khí oxy tác động, độ biến đổi độ dẫn PPy có giá trị cỡ 360 %;  Với TiO2 pha rutile độ biến đổi độ dẫn vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 lên tới khoảng 1700 %; 109  Với TiO2 pha anatase độ biến đổi độ dẫn vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 lên tới khoảng 2000 % - Độ dẫn vật liệu nanocomposite PPy/TiO2 pha anatase biến đổi chiếu tia tử ngoại, độ biến đổi độ dẫn cỡ 250 % sau ngày chiếu - Trong khoảng nhiệt độ từ 30135 oC, nhiệt độ cao 65 oC độ dẫn nhiệt PPy/TiO2 tăng nhanh keo tản nhiệt silicon-Al2O3 Tính chất cho thấy có độ dẫn tốt hơn, ứng dụng để làm keo tản nhiệt Kiến nghị: Với kết ban đầu luận án nghiên cứu chế tạo, khảo sát đặc trưng, nghiên cứu khả ứng dụng nano TiO2 lai ghép với Polypyrrole, số vấn đề tiếp tục mở rộng nghiên cứu hoàn thiện sau: • • • • Nghiên cứu mở rộng ảnh hưởng mơi trường có pH > tới trình hình thành pha TiO2 triển khai ứng dụng vật liệu TiO2 pha anatase
