HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG PHẦN MỀM THCS APPLICAION Việc tính điểm, tổng hợp điểm, quản lí học sinh của giáo viên THCS có rất nhiều thời gian, công sức, đặc biệt nếu một giáo viên phải dạy nhiều lớp hoặc dạy các môn có số điểm nhiều thì công việc này càng gặp nhiều khó khăn. Từ đó với bản thân là một giáo viên, cũng đã từng rất vất vả với việc tính điểm và tổng hợp điểm tôi viết phần mềm này nhằm làm đơn giản hóa công việc đó. Trong quá trình sử dụng phần mềm nếu có vấn đề gì để đóng góp thêm hãy liên hệ với tác giả để phần mềm ngày càng hoàn thiện. I. Quản lí người sử dụng. Khởi động chương trình, đầu tiên bạn cần đăng nhập vào chương trình, Mặc định user: Admin, Pass: Admin. Người sử dụng có thể thay đổi tên người sử dụng và pass đăng nhập. Hình thức này để tránh trường hợp người khác có thể vào sửa thông tin học sinh, điểm học sinh, phần mềm quản lí với chức năng quản lí người sử dụng. Để thay đổi người sử dụng, vào memu Hệ thống/Người sử dụng/Đổi người sử dụng. Sau đó thấy form xuất hiện như sau: Hãy nhập User mới và Pass mới vào sau đó kích vào Tạo mới phần mềm sẽ yêu cầu người sử dụng xác nhận lại một lần về User và Pass: Đồng ý sử dụng thì ấn Yes, hủy bỏ thì ấn No. II. Nhập dữ liệu. 1. Danh sách lớp. Để nhập danh sách lớp vào Menu Dữ liệu/Danh sách lớp màn hình hiện thị như sau: Nhập tên lớp vào ô thêm lớp sau đó Click vào nút , sau khi thêm tên lớp mới sẽ xuất hiện vào ô bên trái (Lưu ý không nhập tên lớp đã có). Để xóa một lớp, hoặc nhiều lớp hãy chọn các lớp cần xóa (Lưu ý chỉ xóa lớp không còn học sinh) sau ấn nút . 2. Quản lí học sinh. Để thêm hoặc sửa danh sách học sinh vào Menu Dữ liệu/Quản lý học sinh màn hình hiện thị như sau: Để thêm học sinh chọn lớp cần thêm, rồi click vào nút sau đó màn hình hiện thị như sau: Để thêm học sinh click vào nút để tạo mã học sinh, khi đó ô mã học sinh sẽ hiện mã học sinh, sau đó thêm các thông tin học sinh vào (Lưu ý nhưng ô có dấu sao màu đỏ là dữ liệu bắt buộc) sau đó ấn nút . Để sửa thông tin học sinh, đầu tiên chọn học sinh cần sửa sau ấn nút , hoặc kích đúp vào học sinh cần sửa, sau khi sửa xong thì ấn . Lưu ý: Sau khi xóa hoặc sửa học sinh để thấy những thay đổi cần ấn vào nút Để xóa học sinh, đầu tiên chọn học sinh cần xóa, sau đó ấn nút 3. Quản lí môn học. Để thêm, xửa, xóa môn học vào menu Dữ liệu/Danh sách môn học khi đó màn hình hiện thị: Để sửa môn nào chọn môn đó, khi đó sửa thông tin tương ứng trong các ô phía dưới, sau khi sửa xong ấn vào nút . Để xóa môn học nào, trước hết chọn môn cần thêm, sau đó ấn nút . Khi môn học được xóa thì điểm của môn học đó sẽ bị xóa hết. Để thêm môn học, đầu tiên ấn nút , sau đó nhập mã môn và tên môn, số điểm 15 phút, số điểm thực hành, số điểm một tiết. Nếu số điểm nào không có thì nhập số 0 vào ô. Xong thì ấn nút . 4. Vào điểm học sinh. Để vào điểm đầu tiên cần chọn học kỳ cần thêm điểm. Để thay đổi học kỳ vào menu Hệ thống/Thay đổi học kỳ màn hình hiện như sau: Chọn học kỳ sau đó ấn OK. Vào điểm chọn menu Dữ liệu/Vào điểm màn hình hiện: Chọn môn và lớp cần thêm điểm, sau khi vào điểm xong ấn vào lưu điểm. III. Tính điểm. Vào menu Tính/Tính điểm màn hình hiện: Chọn tính điểm học kỳ hoặc tính điểm trung bình cả năm, ấn OK để tính điểm. IV. Tổng hợp. 1. Tổng hợp điểm trung bình và số lượng các điểm. Vào menu Tổng hợp/Số lượng điểm và ĐTB theo dân tộc, giới tính màn hình hiện: Chọn lớp, môn học, học kỳ cần tổng hợp sau đó ấn nút Tổng hợp, để in báo cáo ấn nút Print.
