loi ng cung cp cho quỏ trỡnh lờn men thnh ethanol Nhng nh hng ca nng acid H2SO4 (2ư8 wt.%), thi gian (2ư8 gi), t l VQCN/dung dch acid (1/10ư1/25 g/mL) v nhit (60ư90 C) n quỏ trỡnh ng húa VQCN ó c nghiờn cu Nng ng ti a thu c t 22.38 g/L, tin hnh thy phõn VQCN vi 6% H2SO4, 90 C, gi v t l VQCN/dung dich acid l 1/10 g/mL Sn phm thy phõn VQCN s c kh c bng Ca(OH)2 trc lờn men nhm lm gim s nh hng ca cỏc hp cht c ch nh cỏc hp cht furan (furfural v hydroxyl methylfurfural), cỏc acid yu v cỏc hp cht phenol n s tng trng ca t bo, tiờu th ng v tớch ly ethanol ca vi sinh vt lờn men Nng ethanol cao nht t cht c ch ny n s sinh trng v tớch ly ethanol ca vi sinh vt lờn men Nghiờn cu thờm nhng yu t nh hng n quỏ trỡnh lờn men nh: ngun carbon, ngun nit, iu kin nuụi cy (nhit v pH) ti u húa quỏ trỡnh lờn men
