give your ideas and/or suggestions in terms of service management a Education – Teaching department must lay down the criteria to identify “ high quality educational service” b Schools need to register the type of high quality service being offered and sanctioned by the Department c Education – the teaching department needs to set up ( or rent) professional offices to deliver high quality educational service d the detailed contents of high quality service program must be made public on the school website e Education – the teaching department needs to build a detailed high quality program so that the schools can level up g Open a special school from primary grades h Open a special school from middle level i Other comments ( write in details): 21 In order to give equal treatment to public and non – public schools, please give your ideas and/or suggestions a public and non – public schools are granted the same budget depending on the number of pupils b public and non – public schools get same treatment in terms of tax payments c public and non – public schools get the same treatment in terms of land transfer and rentals d public and non – public schools get the same treatment in terms of capital lending e public and non – public schools get the same treatment in terms of socialized education policy g The teachers of public and non – public schools get the same suggestions on what needs to be done a Allow schools to import foreign faculty and apply modern educational training approaches and techniques from abroad b The State imposes standard regulations regarding outputs of each grade and schools may learn how to be proactive in training to ensure better outputs c Request foreign organizations to assess the quality of education of some schools in Ha Noi d Other comments( Write in details): 23 To improve the quality of teaching foreign languages and informatics, please give your ideas and/or solutions on what needs to be done a Put subjects in the primary school b Put subjects in the primary school only as “ encourage” point c Teaching method of subjects in the primary school mainly as “ both play and learn” d Schools need to invest suitable in teaching foreign languges and informatic e Foreign languges and informatic class need to be divided and same at level g Schools may organize outside class (voluntary) in terms of foreign languages and
