MỞ ĐẦU 1. LÝ DO CHỌN ĐỀ TÀI: Trong giai đoạn hội nhập hiện nay, hơn bao giờ hết, các giáo viên dạy môn TiếngAnh cũng cần phải học hỏi về mọi mặt để đáp ứng yêu cầu giáo dục và giảng dạy các em học sinh. Một trong những sự học hỏi đó là phải đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy theo chiều hướng tích cực, học sinh dễ hiểu, thực hiện được các yêu cầu giáo viên nêu ra và giáo viên chịu trách nhiệm trong việc hướng dẫn học sinh trong học tập. Trước tình hình như thế, Ban lãnh đạo nhà trường THPT Yên Phong số 2 của chúng tôi đã phát động nhiều phong trào thi đua học tập, nâng cao chất lượng của các môn mà đặc biệt là ba môn Toán , Ngữ Văn và Tiếng Anh. Với tư cách là một giáo viên dạy bộ môn Tiếng Anh, tôi luôn quan tâm và thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ nâng cao chất lượng học tập của học sinh lớp mình phụ trách, tránh bệnh thành tích trong giáo dục và thi cử. Để đạt được mục tiêu đề ra tôi luôn phải tự học hỏi và trau dồi thêm các kỹ năng, kiến thức chuyên môn, mà hơn hết là tìm ra các giải pháp có hiệu quả trong việc giúp học sinh hiểu và làm tốt các dạng bàitập khó. Năm học 2013-2014 là năm thứ tám tôi đảm nhận trách nhiệm dạy lớp 12 nên tôi cần phải cố gắng nhiều hơn nữa trong công tác giảng dạy của mình. Do đó, tôi đã đầu tư và nghiên cứu đề tài này giúp đỡ các em học sinh lớp 12 học tốt tiếngAnh hơn. 2. MỤC ĐÍCH CỦA SKKN: Là một trường thuộc địa phận nông thôn, cùng với sự thiếu thốn về các trang thiết bị trong giảng dạy nên học sinh của trường ít nhiều cũng không có đủ điều kiện học tập như các trường thành phố. Do đó, khả năng tiếp thu kiến thức cũng có phần hạn chế. Với môn tiếngAnh các em lại gặp nhiều khó khăn hơn mà đặc biệt là việc hiểu và làm các bàitập có liên quan đến “Câu Tường Thuật” mà các em gặp trong bài số 3: Ways of socializing, đặc biệt là các dạng bài trong các đề thi tốt nghiệp và đại học. Trang 2 Nhằm giúp các em nắm vững kiến thức, kỹ năng làm bàitập tốt với dạng bàitập có liên quan đến “Câu Tường Thuật”, làm cơ sở giúp các em học tiếngAnh 12 và thi tuyển sinh tốt nghiệp và đại học tốt hơn, tôi đã mạnh dạn nghiên cứu các giải pháp giúp đỡ các em học tốt hơn “Câu Tường Thuật”. Do đó tôi đã chọn đề tài cho sáng kiến kinh nghiệm của mình là “Một số giải pháp giúp học sinh lớp 12 học tốt câutườngthuật trong tiếngAnh ”. Trong quá trình trình bày, chắc chắn sẽ không tránh khỏi những sai sót, rất mong quý thầy cô thông cảm, góp ý và giúp đỡ tôi hoàn thiện SKKN của mình hơn. 3. PHẠM VI NGHIÊN CỨU: a. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: Đề tài được nghiên cứu trong phạm vi học sinh khối 12 của trường THPT Yên Phong số 2. b. Vấn đề nghiên cứu: Các vấn đề có liên quan đến câutường thuật: cách chuyển một câu trực tiếp sang câutườngthuật trong Sách giáo khoa tiếngAnh 12, giáo dục THPT do Bộ Giáo dục biên soạn và các dạng câutường thuật: statements, commands, requests, Yes - no questions và Wh-questions,… trong các đề thi tốt nghiệp và đại học.
