Skills: - Reading for gist and specific information. - Reading and guessing the meaning of the words in the right context. - Reading and answering the questions on the passage. - Scanning and writing down the information in the passage. - Summarising the passage in a form of speaking or writing. Before you read (5mns.) -Teacher has students discuss the question: “Which of the following leisure activities do you think British people often do in their spare time? - To understand well about leisure activities in England we move to the part “While you read” 3. While you read ( 23 mns.)
