Notes: nếu chủ ngữ là ngôi thứ 3 số ít hầu hết các động từ thường phải thêm”s”hoặc “es” (ngoại trừ các động từ khiếm khuyết như can, must, should…) Động từ tận cùng là o. sh,ch, x,ss,z,khi chia với ngôi thứ 3 số ít thì phải thêm “es” VD: We often go to school in the morning. She goes to school by bike everyday. Động từ tận cùng là “y” phải đổi thành “i” trước khi thêm “es”(ngoại trừ trước “y” là một nguyên âm thì không thay đổi mà chỉ thêm “s”) VD :At school,we study many things.
