According to the traditional approach, business strategy is considered as a long-term overall of an organization in order to achieve long-term objectives The researcher of management history, Alfred D Chandler said that “strategy is the determination of basic long-term objectives of an enterprise and the operation program with allocation of the necessary resources to achieve those objectives” As such, his ideologies expressed clearly that strategy is a planning process with wisdom, in that the enterprise chooses their own objectives, determines the operation program to complete best these objectives and seeks to allocate corresponding resources The traditional approach has the advantage that makes the enterprise easily imagine the necessary work to plan strategy and see the benefits of strategy with aspect of longterm plan However, in the nowadays volatile business environment it shows the limitations of the traditional approach because it isn’t able to adapt flexibly to changes of business environment Under the current approach, strategy may be larger than what the enterprise intends or plans to implement According to Mintzberg’s opinions, he thought that strategy is a model in the flows of decisions and action programs The model can be any type of strategies: the pre-designed strategy or mutant strategy The modern approach helps the enterprise easily responds flexibly to the changes of business environment and promote the creativity of the members of the enterprise However, it requires the leaders, manager must have qualification, ability to predict the conditions for strategy implementation and evaluate the value of mutant strategies Through the above approach, we can understand: the business strategy of an enterprise is an art of building long-term objectives and contract to make orders in many times Besides, the system needs to manage suppliers of much information on multi-levels like a group with a number of affiliates and branches At the same time, the system support different currency in transactions Therefore, through management by ERP, the purchasing management will be decentralized and managed in all steps, the management board can know where the orders are in the procedure and know which orders need to be paid as well as the decrease or increase in the purchasing for each specific equipment to check the abnormal change in the operation c) Application of ERP in the selling activities For the ERP system, the orders go under an automatic procedure from the time the dealers receive the orders to the time of shipment on board or delivery and the financial department issues invoices ERP software system helps the company follow up the order easily and the Production, warehouse and delivery division cooperate while they are in different place at the same time For the Selling management, all the most important and interesting of the Enterprise will be under the effective management of leaders At the same time, the module International department may need to regularly check the progress and existing production capacity so that they can inform this to customers Production progress report: ERP software is capable of notifying users about the completion of certain stages in the production process for a particular order Detailed Action Plan Training the IT human resource To reach the objectives set out in the first part of this chapter, the entire Sufat IT applying staffs need to be trained to achieve a certain level For the IT staffs, the continual IT personal capacity development is essential The training of human resources of Sufat will be made according to the following program:: 1- The program of universal training for the entire production division from the overman upward The entire office staffs, consumption companies, domestic and international branches before 2012 so that they can be proficient in applying Words, Excel, etc and in using PC devices for reporting, online meeting 2- The program of English teaching universal for communication (Certificate A) for overmen and office staffs, certificate B for market staffs, engineers in the design departments and the department heads, managers system in the department of Finance, Human Resources, Production and Warehousing and replace them with a unified software program divided according to the different software modules which are approximately the same to the old individual systems The department of Finance, Manufacturing and Warehouse will still have their own software except now the software will be linked so that staffs in the Finance department can look into the warehouse software to see the order was delivered or not But training employees to use ERP and change the way they work is a long way because the Finance staff and warehouse staff will use the same software and they will enter information which influences employees in other departments To perform correctly, they must have a deep understanding of the working way of other employees in the company The IT infrastructure The IT infrastructure in the enterprise must be synchronous construction and modernization to meet the performance goals stated in the orientation of developing open source system, according to the standards of open systems allowing the easy expansion of scale and technological upgrading By 2018, the IT infrastructure system must be handles the inquiries sent from the clients • Database Server contains all the application system information, receives inquiries, handles the inquiries and returns the results, serving the work of application server • Building the Server- Location system It is professional that SUFAT uses sales management software systems sharing the country-scale database The use of VPN to connect to the as well as constantly update information of the plant to the dealers and vice versa For building the above system, the above requirements are analyzed as below: - SERVER: The server is a dedicated server, server currently used at the plant is a PC with powerful configuration as a server feature This will give cost savings but not high performance and can only be applied to small scale with only relative data safety with manual data backup With the use of sales management software as well as other features that are used for remote connection (employees go on business trips can also update and according to the standard OS using RAID 1, DATA and RAID to ensure data security RAID is used to configure the operating system partition, with the purpose of continuous HDD image backup - RAID is configured with HDD to store the company data in this partition In case the hardware of the server is broken, we can replace hot-swap and the equipment run normally until the new hardware is installed, it will automatically create the replaced partition In the situation of unstable electricity and internet for placing serve in the factory, so we have to use the co-location of ISP - Co-Location: The co-location hiring give us a high-speed transmission line with one optical cable line At data-center of ISP, the international download speed is 34mbps, meeting the remote access with high speed Server is placed in air-conditioned room of averagely 13.5 degree celcus The system is equipped with UPS and back-up electrical source Server is supported with firewall from the supplier We can make use of Serve for being website hosting for Sufat, currently Sufat is hiring hosting from FPT with limited bandwidth and capacity (< 700MB), so the input of video files of the companies is
